Maybe it was planned to be bilingual but dubbed due to delay. Majority of the film was shot in Hyderabad, (based on the background areas) including Ramoji Film City. I can't confirm the lip-sync with Tamil dialogues. If possible, you should confirm and say whether there is lip-sync with Tamil dialogues. Jayanthkumar123 (talk) 06:04, 23 February 2026 (UTC)

There is lip sync in every scene, even Ali was replaced with Vivek. They must have received a dubbed certificate since it was easier to get one from the CBFC. See the article: Ala Ila Ela#Production, its Tamil release was planned 10+ years ago. DareshMohan (talk) 06:52, 23 February 2026 (UTC)

Despite what sources say I do not think they reshot in Telugu. Some sources even say Tamil film. Suriya didn't share the Telugu poster . Cinema Express mentions it as Raveena Tandon's comeback to Tamil cinema. The Suriya 46 article had no mention of Telugu .
