Respect copyrights – do not copy and paste text or images directly from other websites.
Maintain a neutral point of view – this is one of Wikipedia's core policies.
Take particular care while adding biographical material about a living person to any Wikipedia page and follow Wikipedia's Biography of Living Persons policy. Particularly, controversial and negative statements should be referenced with multiple reliable sources.
No edit warring or abuse of multiple accounts.
If you are testing, please use the Sandbox to do so.
Do not add troublesome content to any article, such as: copyrighted text, libel, advertising or promotional messages, and text that is not related to an article's subject; doing so will result in your account or IP being blocked from editing.
Do not use talk pages as discussion or forum pages as Wikipedia is not a forum.

Hi, I saw your comment. I wrote the text myself but I used AI to help me cite the sources correctly and format the images and info box. Particularly the source (ABC) that was behind a paywall I wasn't sure how to cite that correctly. JoshuaParfitt (talk) 10:27, 6 February 2026 (UTC)

This submission is not adequately supported by reliable sources. Reliable sources are required so that information can be verified. If you need help with referencing, please see Referencing for beginners and Citing sources.

This draft's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article. In summary, the draft needs multiple published sources that are:

in-depth (not just brief mentions about the subject or routine announcements)
reliable
secondary
strictly independent of the subject

Make sure you add references that meet all four of these criteria before resubmitting. Learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue. If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

The critical element to WP:NORG is to get ideally 3 feature long stories from independent sources about the subject. And newspapers don't like writing about other newspapers, so it is a tough test. Currently there isn't significant coverage of the newspaper by independent writers. So WP:V seems to be place, the subject is seemingly potentially notable, but WP:N is not yet there due to a lack of significant coverage. The Malaga local government award is useful, but it's not a secondary source. If another publication, book, radio programme covered the story and described the newspaper in some detail, that would shift the dial.
