Please do not attack other editors, as you did at KLA Summer offensive (1998). Comment on content, not on contributors. Personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thank you. TheNerdzilla (talk) 09:43, 19 January 2026 (UTC)
- I called him out, not attack him. He calls books written by serbian reliable and academic, but when it comes to a book written by an albanian, he removed it, which is Anti-Albanian behaviour. Koqevar61 (talk) 13:14, 19 January 2026 (UTC)
- Not to mention, in December i saw Wikicommonsfan134 try to normalize the derogatory term Šiptar in the talk page of my old account (which i lost access to). Koqevar61 (talk) 13:18, 19 January 2026 (UTC)
- Enver Bytyqi is pushing albanian nationalistic POV, claiming Milos Obilic is Albanian, saying how Albanians were always majority in Kosovo even before the ottomans, saying how Serbs actually occupied Kosovo in 1912 and killed them to hide albanian history. He dismissed well known Serbian academics and completely dismisses reasons for serbian claims over the territory, claiming that Kosovo is Albanian because Albanians are descendants of the Illyrians. I can understand if the author have some claims but this is too much and it's contradicting other sources. If you're think that I'm "anti-albanian" due to me removing these kind of sources i would then recommend you to ask other and more experienced editors than me to see do they think the source is reliable. - Aleksandar Logos makes unsupported claims like FRY recaptured Drenica in August 1998 which is not backed by other sources. Yet you don't remove his sources. Koqevar61 (talk) 05:44, 20 January 2026 (UTC)

{{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}. Callanecc (talk • contribs • logs) 12:19, 20 January 2026 (UTC)Introduction to contentious topics
You have recently edited a page related to the Balkans or Eastern Europe, a topic designated as contentious. This is a brief introduction to contentious topics and does not imply that there are any issues with your editing.
A special set of rules applies to certain topic areas, which are referred to as contentious topics. These are specially designated topics that tend to attract more persistent disruptive editing than the rest of the project and have been designated as contentious topics by the Arbitration Committee. When editing a contentious topic, Wikipedia's norms and policies are more strictly enforced, and Wikipedia administrators have an expanded level of powers and discretion in order to reduce disruption to the project.
Within contentious topics, editors should edit carefully and constructively, refrain from disrupting the encyclopedia, and:
- adhere to the purposes of Wikipedia;
- comply with all applicable policies and guidelines;
- follow editorial and behavioural best practices;
- comply with any page restrictions in force within the area of conflict; and
- refrain from gaming the system.
Editors are advised to err on the side of caution if unsure whether making a particular edit is consistent with these expectations. If you have any questions about contentious topics procedures, you may ask them at the arbitration clerks' noticeboard or you may learn more about this contentious topic. You may also choose to note which contentious topics you know about by using the {{Ctopics/aware}} template.

Notice that you are now subject to an arbitration enforcement sanction
The following sanction now applies to you:
You are indefinitely topic banned from all pages related to the Balkans or Eastern Europe, broadly construed.
You have been sanctioned per the result of the 11 November 2025 sockpuppet investigation case concerning Albanian atdhetar.
This sanction is imposed in my capacity as an uninvolved administrator under the authority of the Arbitration Committee's decision at Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/Eastern Europe#Final decision and, if applicable, the contentious topics procedure. This sanction has been recorded in the log of sanctions. If the sanction includes a ban, please read the banning policy to ensure you understand what this means. If you do not comply with this sanction, you may be blocked for an extended period, by way of enforcement of this sanction—and you may also be made subject to further sanctions.
You may appeal this sanction using the appeal process and the arbitration enforcement appeals template. You may also appeal directly to me (on my talk page), before or instead of appealing to the noticeboard. Even if you appeal this sanction, you remain bound by it until you are notified by an uninvolved administrator that the appeal has been successful. You are also free to contact me on my talk page if anything above is unclear to you. — Newslinger talk 00:21, 21 March 2026 (UTC)
- Am i still able to edit my articles about the balkans or no Koqevar61 (talk) 17:15, 21 March 2026 (UTC)
- No, any edit that overlaps with the WP:CT/EE (the Balkans or Eastern Europe) topic area, broadly construed, including edits to articles that you have created or expanded, is covered by the topic ban. However, you are free to continue editing about other topics outside of the WP:CT/EE contentious topic. — Newslinger talk 17:39, 21 March 2026 (UTC)
