Please do not attack other editors, as you did at Beyoncé. Comment on content, not on contributors. Personal attacks damage the community and deter users. First of all, I didn’t attack anybody and especially not Beyonce, I’m a huge fan of destiny child. That editor that removed that because, they don’t want people to realize Beyonce had Spanish ancestry, it was anti black racism because, black Louisiana folks have Spanish ancestry and roots and saying Beyonce likely doesn’t is jealously against black woman at its finest. You said you would file a police report here. We cannot stop you from doing this, but you are not permitted to make legal threats on Wikipedia, nor may you edit if you have a legal action underway. User I need to correct several serious misrepresentations here.

First, regarding the claim that I said another editor “is not Black”: my comment was not meant as a personal denial of their identity, but in the context of discussing how ancestry and racial categories are presented in reliable sources. If my words caused offense, I regret that phrasing — but it was not a racist remark. Calling it “racism” is an unfair escalation of a content dispute.

Second, I have been repeatedly harassed and followed from article to article. After my Beyoncé edits were reverted, this editor went to multiple other pages I worked on and removed my contributions, even when they had nothing to do with the original disagreement. That pattern of behavior is classic WP:HOUNDING, which is disruptive and creates a hostile editing environment.

Third, if anything, what is happening here is an erasure of Black experiences. To repeatedly shut down content about ancestry in Black communities, and then accuse the contributor of racism for raising the topic, is itself dismissive of Black identity. That is harmful to Wikipedia’s mission to reflect all perspectives with accuracy and respect.

Finally, on the Blu Cantrell edits: I believed at the time the source was valid. If it is not, I accept that content should be removed under WP:BLP and WP:RS. That is a content issue, not misconduct.

He denied Beyonce and black culture had Spanish roots and ancestry and I called them out of racism then went to my Aaliyah and other edits to make sure I was silenced. I will not be silenced.

To summarize:

• My comments were misrepresented as racist when they were not.
• I have been harassed across multiple articles by the same editor.
• The accusation itself weaponizes race against me rather than engaging with content.

I ask that this dispute be judged on policy and diffs, not on mischaracterizations of my intent.

I need to point out that the behavior being described here is backwards. My edits on Beyoncé were based on reliable sources that discuss her Louisiana Creole ancestry, which includes African, French, and Spanish roots. The accusing editor repeatedly removed this content and called it “disgusting.” Denying or erasing documented ancestry in Black people is itself a form of racism, because it silences part of Black identity.

This same editor then followed me to other pages I edited, like Blu Cantrell, and removed my contributions regardless of relevance. That’s harassment under WP:HOUND.

I did not make racist remarks. What actually happened is that another editor erased sourced material about Black ancestry, mischaracterized me for restoring it, and then hounded me across articles. Letirinus (talk) 19:58, 5 September 2025 (UTC)
