COI
Hello, MLKLewis. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization, clients, or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{edit COI}} template);
- disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest § How to disclose a COI);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam § External link spamming);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.
Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. Polygnotus (talk) 08:44, 1 December 2023 (UTC)
- What is your relation to Werner Erhard, Landmark, and related entities? Please disclose your conflict of interest. Thank you, Polygnotus (talk) 00:39, 14 January 2024 (UTC)
- I have yet to have this question answered. Would you be so kind? Thank you, Polygnotus (talk) 17:09, 9 August 2024 (UTC)

One of your recent edits has been removed in whole or in part, as it appears to have added copyrighted material to Wikipedia without evidence of permission from the copyright holder. For legal reasons, Wikipedia strictly cannot host copyrighted text or images from print media or digital platforms without an appropriate and verifiable license. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously, and persistent violators of our copyright policy will be blocked from editing. See Wikipedia:Copying text from other sources for more information.
- Everything in my recent edit that you reverted was based on valid NPOV references. I included the actual quote from the original in the reference to validate what was included in the content. The content in the article edit itself was reworded. Please provide exact and specific evidence of the above accusation.MLKLewis (talk) 18:26, 10 August 2024 (UTC)
- Please read WP:INDENT. What is your relation to Werner Erhard, Landmark, and related entities? Please disclose your conflict of interest. Thank you, Polygnotus (talk) 18:37, 10 August 2024 (UTC)
- I have no relation to Werner Erhard or related entities except an interest in the topic. Where is your evidence of the accusation of copyright violation?MLKLewis (talk) 20:26, 10 August 2024 (UTC)
- Then why did you dodge that question so many times? 15 years ago you were already keeping us up to date on Werners recent work, and your repeated editwarring on Werners article is a form of conflict, so perhaps your "interest" causes a conflict of interest? Anyway, please read Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing and look at, for example this diff compared with the copyright owner:

She wrote editorials against British brutality and she reprinted Thomas Paine’s ''Common Sense'' in her publication. She published editions about Congress’ call to arms as well as the Battle of Bunker Hill. In her 23-years as a publisher, Goddard earned a place in history as one of the most prominent publishers during the nation’s revolutionary era.- You can't take copyrighted work, make some very minor edits, and then claim it as your own work.
