That is not an IP address. You can find your IP address using Wikipedia:Get my IP address. Note such blocks are almost always because you are or were using a proxy or a VPN. Make sure you disable this and wait a full 24 hours for the block to clear. Additionally, you have made a very serious allegation here. Your claim is that the IP address was not blocked because of the reason stated but instead because of some knowledge you have. You need to either retract that very serious allegation or you need to provide specific evidence of it, showing your claim and showing the blocking admin knew your IP address belonged to you when making the block. We do not take such allegations lightly. I want to see you either provide your evidence or retract your allegation before you edit another article. You got it wrong! Wikipedia edited an article about Pope Francis death saying "he was an italian speaker and almost "russian". I correct it by history and facts, Drmies BLOCKED IT.
