Outlines
So, you are the one and only, the first to promote an outline to FL. Congrats for that milestone of two years ago. Then, came Trailblazer101 and managed to follow your steps and reach the second FL outline about a year ago. Now, about a year later, I, want to become the third to do so. But now, with a catch. I want to promote the first country outline in Wikipedia. As a vigourous participant in WP:SPAIN I want to promote the Outline of Spain. That would be wounderful. Also it would be my second ever award.
Enough of talk page clutter. I need help if I want to do this, so, hi?
