Request reason:
I understand that I did not respond well to actions and edits by others in relation to my edits. I don't know if stating that I won't behave in this manner again will do anything to unblock me. If not, then c'est le vie. Menhelicks (talk) 01:32, 14 October 2025 (UTC)
Decline reason:
I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that
- the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
- the block is no longer necessary because you:
- understand what you have been blocked for,
- will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
- will make useful contributions instead.
Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. Yamla (talk) 12:00, 14 October 2025 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
In general, we take a WP:0T approach to sexual harassment. It's unlikely you'll be unblocked. It's incredibly unlikely you'll be unblocked until you go at least six months with zero edits here, and contribute constructively to another wikimedia site, making at least 500 non-trivial edits entirely free to sexual harassment and any other problems. --Yamla (talk) 12:02, 14 October 2025 (UTC)
- Greetings Yamla, I'm trying to understand the "sexual harassment" that you note as if I committed and against who? (I simply want to know where I committed this crime and against whom?). Also, you state "It's unlikely you'll be unblocked." which means "It's likely I'll be blocked" indefinitely? And a potential way to get unblocked which includes 6 months of no edits and then 500 non-trivial edits. I am simply confused how doing the secondary actions could remove an indefinite block which is essentially permananent? I sincerely ask this, just to see if I should even waste Wikipedia resources for an unchanging sentence. Menhelicks (talk) 04:02, 15 October 2025 (UTC)
- Don't ping me again. I don't want to interact with you. --Yamla (talk) 10:06, 15 October 2025 (UTC)
- The sexual harassment would most likely be your ASCII art. A good first step would be apologizing to the community in general for that; it's pretty childish and definitely not a positive contribution. Don't ping Yamla, since they have asked you not to do so.
- Yamla is suggesting the standard offer, which is a way to demonstrate you will be productive and a good contributor to Wikipedia. What you must do is avoid editing English Wikipedia (here) for six months, and use that time to make good contributions to any other Wikipedia. Since you have good English skills, I'm guessing you might be a native speaker, so some options might be Simple Wikipedia or Wikimedia Commons. If you speak any other languages, you could check out that language's Wikipedia.
- A very important thing to keep in mind is that any edit you make to English Wikipedia on this or any other account, or logged out as an IP, will reset the six-month timer. If you intend to take this offer, I suggest leaving one comment here saying that, and then forgetting English Wikipedia exists for the next six months. Good luck with whatever you choose. - Meadowlark, I respectfully ask, are you an Administrator? Menhelicks (talk) 06:48, 16 October 2025 (UTC)
- Meadowlark isn't an administrator, however he is correct. PhilKnight (talk) 15:03, 16 October 2025 (UTC)

Request reason:
I understand that I am blocked for WP:not here to build an encyclopedia. This block will no longer be necessary, because I will no longer edit anything on Wikipedia until I learn the WP processes and can properly edit without causing damage or disruption to Wikipedia. I will read the WP guidelines and work collaboratively with editors and admins to help me become a contributor to the Wikipedia project.Menhelicks (talk) 00:44, 16 October 2025 (UTC)
Decline reason:
As has been suggested to you already, you should take the standard offer and re-apply in 6 months time. You should use this time productively, editing on another Wikimedia project. PhilKnight (talk) 15:05, 16 October 2025 (UTC)
