Dead end pages
Hello :) I saw that you went through the dead-end pages and added some wikilinks, thanks for doing that. A useful tip for the dead-end pages is that sometimes they have no links because someone with a conflcit of interest has recently rewritten the whole article, so it's alwasy good to check the page history to see if that's the case and you can restore the previous version. -- NotCharizard 🗨 15:55, 10 September 2025 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for October 10
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Tom Allen (painter), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page American. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Alin Jose Perera moved to draftspace
Thanks for your contributions to Alin Jose Perera. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability, it has too many problems of language or grammar and it is promotional and reads like an advertisement. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit the draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. -- NotCharizard 🗨 06:51, 26 November 2025 (UTC)

Wikipedia:Cleanup
Hi, can you take care of this, following MOS? Talk:Giorgia Meloni#who she said, "with the boards of their own examples, built the ladder that today allows me to climb and break the heavy glass ceiling placed over our heads". Thanks. ~2026-20937-5 (talk) 21:28, 10 January 2026 (UTC)
- Hi there, I've added the comma as you suggested, but I didn't include the colon before the quotation because the latter doesn't form a complete sentence on its own. Pierre Bon-Bon (talk) 16:21, 14 January 2026 (UTC)
- Whoops, mea culpa. I've corrected the mistake so it should be good. By the by, please remember to sign your messages so I can reply to them. Pierre Bon-Bon (talk) 20:59, 14 January 2026 (UTC)
- Thanks. Regarding the comma, it should be added after "women", sorry.
Thanks: . After "who she said", can you put a colon instead of a comma (MOS:QUOTE)? Also, can you put a comma after "women", for flow? Thanks.
What do you think of this sentence? According to MOS:QUOTE, should the period be after the quotation mark or not? that "Unlike Thatcher's emphasis on economic freedoms, and unlike modern feminism's insistence on rights and recognition, Meloni grounds her conservatism in a deeper sense of duty [...] a vision of womanhood that is not a repudiation of tradition, but its vindication". Can you answer me? — Preceding unsigned comment added by ~2026-35031-2 (talk) 19:22, 16 January 2026 (UTC)
- I believe that the full stop should be placed before the quotation mark. Pierre Bon-Bon (talk) 11:22, 17 January 2026 (UTC)
- Can you please correct it? You're very good.
- Done, tell me what you think of the edit. Pierre Bon-Bon (talk) 19:58, 18 January 2026 (UTC)
- While we're on this topic, could you please write "criticised" instead of "criticized", according to the Template:Use British English in the article?
- I've amended the American spellings to British English. Let me know if you find any other inconsistencies. Pierre Bon-Bon (talk) 08:17, 23 January 2026 (UTC)

Apulia wine region
Hi, sorry for bothering you, I'm writing you since I'm following this clean-up thread on the AI-Cleanup Wikiproject, and among the articles written by that user (most likely with LLMs) there is also Apulia wine region. I saw that you rewrote part of the article, but, before marking the clean-up as completed, I wanted to ask you if at that time you did check also things like text-source integrity and so on, or if you just rewrote in a better style, etc. I tried to check randomly a passage and for example I can't find the source of the sentence Soil types range from clay to rocky neither here, here or here, which are the only three mentioned sources. --Friniate ✉ 23:09, 22 January 2026 (UTC)
- Hi, no bother at all. At the time, I focused on proofreading and reformulating the text and did not verify whether the sources corroborated the information given (as shown here). The references were indeed added by User:Camoz87. Pierre Bon-Bon (talk) 08:47, 23 January 2026 (UTC)
- Yes I know, the clean-up its about the edits made by him... Let me know what you want to do, if you're going to check everything I'll leave it to you, otherwise I'm going to revert all the dubious edits restoring the previous version. --Friniate ✉ 17:53, 24 January 2026 (UTC)
- I am not an Italian speaker, so it would be quite difficult for me to verify the sources. Which dubious edits are you referring to? Pierre Bon-Bon (talk) 18:49, 24 January 2026 (UTC)
- All the edits made by Camoz on that article (and the sources added by him). --Friniate ✉ 18:58, 24 January 2026 (UTC)
- Very well, you can remove the problematic parts as you deem appropriate. I've added a few sources to the article to the sentence you mentioned in your first post. Pierre Bon-Bon (talk) 19:37, 24 January 2026 (UTC)
- I forgot that the article was created by him... I'm pinging @NicheSports asking which would be the best course of action for such cases... --Friniate ✉ 20:20, 24 January 2026 (UTC)
- Hi @Friniate, if the article is notable (would be kept at AfD) and has been materially edited by a user other than Camoz87, my instinct is to tag it as {{ai-generated}} and leave a comment on the talk page explaining the reason for the tag and what level of cleanup is required. However, if Pierre agrees that the article should be deleted on WP:NEWLLM grounds then you can probably take it to AfD. I'll ping you separately as I have an idea for how to handle their other articles. I will be traveling for work for the next few weeks and won't be able to AfD much on my own until I get back. But I think another editor can help you. NicheSports (talk) 03:44, 25 January 2026 (UTC)

Wikipedia:Cleanup
Good morning, I noticed you're doing Wikipedia:Cleanup. In the Giorgia Meloni article, since La7 should never be italicized, could you correct it in reference 347 by removing the italics? ~2026-56830-3 (talk) 19:22, 26 January 2026 (UTC)
- Hi, why should La7 never be italicised? Pierre Bon-Bon (talk) 09:06, 27 January 2026 (UTC)
- Because it's a TV channel, not a newspaper.
- May I suggest you use the Edit Request Wizard? Pierre Bon-Bon (talk) 18:14, 28 January 2026 (UTC)
- Pierre, it's just a small correction, please.
- Hi there, I've been quite busy recently and have not been able to spend much time editing as I usually would, which is why I proposed you use the Edit Request Wizard. As far as I know, it tool does in fact allow you to request edits for protected pages, so it's something to bear in mind if I cannot answer your queries. Anyways, I've just fixed the issue, do let me know if you need anything else. Pierre Bon-Bon (talk) 19:11, 6 February 2026 (UTC)
- Can you also fix the curly in the references in "War in Gaza ‘has gone beyond the principle of proportionality’"? https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Giorgia_Meloni&diff=prev&oldid=1346991957. — Preceding unsigned comment added by ~2026-22234-25 (talk) 16:24, 10 April 2026 (UTC)

Before adding a category to an article, as you did to Bruce Balick, please make sure that the subject of the article really belongs in the category that you specified according to Wikipedia's categorization guidelines. The category being added must already exist, and must be supported by the article's verifiable content. Categories may be removed if they are deemed incorrect for the subject matter. Please review how categories work because you had numerous redundant categories on the page you created. SMasonGarrison 17:43, 31 January 2026 (UTC)

Alexander Bertrand
Hi there, thank you for helping out with this page. I filled out all the bare URLs in the citations yesterday and improved upon the vocabulary and sentence structure - and another user came back in and reverted the cites to bare URLs, added dead links back in and removed the entire filmography. I'm in the process of reinstating it all manually, as the edit feature did not allow me to revert, but I noticed we both seem to be fixing it at the same time? Thank you for your help. Lattesandtimtams (talk) 12:24, 31 March 2026 (UTC)
- Hi, my pleasure. I did indeed see that in the page history and was myself in the process of gradually reverting those edits. Should I leave it now to you to finish fixing the page? Thanks. Pierre Bon-Bon (talk) 12:36, 31 March 2026 (UTC)
- Thank you! No, you are all good 😊 Unfortunately, the two vandals have jumped back on since, and reverted all the citations back to bare URLs once again, and readded the dead links and unreliable sources since we last reinstated, along with all their other hokey edits. I'm not at all versed in how to go about reporting vandals or edit warring. Is this something you have experience with? Lattesandtimtams (talk) 15:12, 31 March 2026 (UTC)
- I was just about to send you a message about these edits. Unfortunately, I'm not too confident either about requesting blocks, reverting edits, etc. However I think I know somebody who could potentially help in this scenario. Pierre Bon-Bon (talk) 15:16, 31 March 2026 (UTC)
- Thank you! That might help 😊 I reached out to a more experienced user than myself too, in hopes they might be able to assist.
- I actually left a note on the offending user's talk page, requesting they not persist with edit warring. And in response, they accused me of biased editing (because I keep adding the actor's education back), by accusing me of being in cahoots with the owner of the acting school and trying to 'promote' it as a business - which of course is absolute nonsense. They also outed themself as a representative of the actor, which in actual fact is a conflict of interests and is an ACTUAL example of biased editing. Having said this, I doubt they represent the artist (and are just using it as an intimidation tactic) because as a genuine representative, they would be know it's in their best interest to retain the more polished version we've contributed to.
- They've also accused me of sabotaging and 'harassing' the subject of the article, purely because of my reversions of the article to the more polished wording and formatting 🤯 They've combed through my talk page to try and find reason to back up this claim, and are trying to use against me a name change I made to my profile (which I did purely for privacy reasons as it spelled out my name in full and in hindsight I didn't think was wise on my part).
- I have an extensive editing history on WP, meanwhile their profile is only a day old, so I'm not sure how their claims can stand. If anything, surely their stalking of my talk page is a stronger example of harassment than my desire to see a WP page edited correctly - the mind boggles! Lattesandtimtams (talk) 19:24, 31 March 2026 (UTC)
- @Lattesandtimtams: Oh dear, I'm sorry you had to deal with this. I'm also rather puzzled as to their motives and conduct. But I've seen that the page has been locked, so that's good news! Thanks for managing the situation. Pierre Bon-Bon (talk) 18:28, 7 April 2026 (UTC)
- Thank you - it's been beyond frustrating. You should check out the exchanges on the talk page, Unfortunately the lock occurred after the vandal had reverted everything back. The admins have changed a few things, but not really a great deal, and I'm sure once the lock had been lifted, the vandal will continue to revert everything back. Such is life! Lattesandtimtams (talk) 18:55, 7 April 2026 (UTC)
- @Lattesandtimtams: I'm sure you can ask the admin if they can tweak the page so it resembles a past revision of your choice. The vandal managed to change the article's importance level back to "high" on the talk page — might be something worth bringing to attention. Let's hope that locking the page will disincentivise the disruptive editors; otherwise I believe some sort of block or protection may be in order after the month elapses.
