My mentor once told me, "If you got a revision to your article and you wrote a reply with in 24 hours then it will only be an emotional outburst, there wont be any science or philosophy :). Because that time you only will think about the pain you experienced while writing the article. So always give reply to the reviewers and editors, only after some period of time. But unfortunately I am not following that here. sometimes I may write something here our fellow editors talk pages. Just leave it and consider it as only my emotional outburst.

Hi Liance, Thanks for reviewing the article, I will continue editing the article and I believe it's useful software for researchers working in the field of crystallography. Found the major reason for rejection is related to its importance and citations. I am adding few of the neutral citations below which I have already cited in the article.

Remake tables

I've left a comment on your Articles for Creation submission,, as follows:

We already cover this as a section of the article on Personalized medicine, though that is almost certainly not a good place for it, it is furthermore confused using both Theranostics and radiotheranostics-- every example given is radiotheranostics. So it does make sense to have a separate article.

We also already have an article on the journal.

Nanotheranostics needs to be distinguished more clearly-- much of what is listed here is simply a small molecule. The separate sections on diagnostic and therapeutic agents are mostly methods used only for diagnosis--for example , PET is not therapy and therefore cannot be a part of theragnostics. It an be used as part of the work-up, but so can everything else, and the same applies to almost every thing listed there. I think it would be much clearer to simple list the accepted agents that do fall within theragnostics. It also needs to be clarified that almost everything here is mostly discussed in the literature without using this term.

It should refer to the articles on them for the details..(though we need an article on Gallium 68Ga PSMA-11. and possibly others)

Style is a problem: some of the sentences have missing words, and Capitals are Used Inappropriately. Effect and Affect are confused. Phrases such as "this clearly indicates the huge research output generated in the field of theranostics research." are judgement. and we don't do that.

The topic "theranostics" is covered peripherally in Personalized medicine, I am a person doing research in theranostics. Always I used to feel it very odd while seeing it as a part of Personalized medicine. It is a very huge research area and still it is not having its own existence in the wiki is not good I felt sir.

Reply: confused using both Theranostics and radiotheranostics

Theranostics is a broader term and radiotheranostics is its further division. Just like therapy is broader term where radiotherapy is its one classification.
Actually in theranostics, recent growth is shown mainly by radiotheranostics, because FDA approved medicines and all are coming in this area. Sad to say other MRI theranostics based applications ( ex: Motexafin gadolinium) to FDA got failed that I dint mention in the article purposefully not to hurt the respected scientists and the company.

Definitely I too believe there should be a separate article on radiotheranostics but priorly this page should be accepted. Because radiotheranostics is only a subdivision of theranostics. So lets build a page on theranostics first.

PET is an imaging technique that is used for diagnosis. Not only that in modern studies PET varients are effective in diagnosis, monitoring treatment of cancers, particularly in Hodgkin lymphoma,^[1] non-Hodgkin lymphoma,^[2] and lung cancer.^[3]^[4]^[5]
So it is an effective tool in theragnostics. You can refer to any article about theregnostics it will be clearly visible there.

Style is a problem

As a villager rural Indian, I might have made mistakes in the writing, the content I shared here is true and I have real experience in it. I developed and filed an Indian Patent on theranostics ( Rahul Soman, Chandra, B., Ishfaq, A. B., Raveendra, Babu M., Pradeepta K. Panda. You need to write first about it as a chemical, and after that about the therapeutic use. For the portion on therapeutic use, everything must meet the requirements at MedRS. In particular, saying that it is the drug of choice is not compatible with it being the only approved drug. Whichever, you need specific statements to that effect from a MEDRS reliable published source. If it's the procedure of choice, you need to say what it replaces, and that using this drug is the procedure of choice, and have a good source for that also. Nor can you discuss risk without a good source, and you need to give some indication from a source on the degree of risk. . In either case, considerably more detail will be needed.

Respected Sir, thanks for the productive comments, found a lot to learn about MEDRS. Now the first paragraph is modified accordingly. The drug is only recently approved by US-FDA, currently its in clinical trial phase IV, so cited mainly the USFDA free accessible data and medical journal reviews. The remaining references and the degree of risk were removed as per MEDRS.

You're good at writing articles on chemicals, and you're an expert in the field, we need more, and I shall refer incomplete drafts on that subject to you for improvment. . But drug articles are special--they're part of medical therapy or diagnostics, and they have particularly strict rules to ensure we give only truly reliable information, not speculations based on a single published paper. (That necessarily makes us very conservative, and sometimes behind the times, but it can't be helped). The problem in writing about them is to avoid any feeling of enthusiasm or promotionalism, but write very plainly without indicating any excitement. I know it's routine in writing a paper to say something about potential medical use, as a hook for getting grants to develop it further -- i've done that myself--but we do not do it here. ) But what you need not and should not discuss is the impact of the disease-- a link will do for that. What would be very helpful to know is the approval status in other coutnries, for WP covers the entire world, not just the US. (at least the major English-speaking countries)

Thanks and happy for the compliment Sir, I am interested to write and improve wiki content no doubt. By believing, I have a pharmacy background, I added the content (I have a Postgraduation in Pharmacy, worked in Govt hospital as Pharmacist and a registered pharmacist in India. I quit the job and done PhD in porphyrin chemistry from NIT Calicut, then moved for Postdoctoral studies in PDT based theranostics at the University of Hyderabad. Doing research for last 11 years, Sir if you felt the article it like a promotion sorry for that, I hope now I corrected it). In any manner, I don't want to promote this medicine, if you felt enthusiasm in writing I removed it and made it very plain. Also removed the impact of the disease as you told. In other countries, it's not yet accepted, European Pharmacopoeia mentions, simple Gallium (68Ga) chloride solution for radiolabelling similar class of radiopharmaceutical but target action won't be there. Just gone through European Pharmacopoeia 10.0 and found two 68-Ga substituents for radiolabelling (Radiolabelling, gallium (68Ga) chloride solution Page 1206 and DOTATOC (gallium (68Ga)) injection Page 1208). Please find the index

I perhaps should mention that I try to look for articles on these topics to review, for I have a doctorate in biochem/mol bio, from Berkeley, and was the biochem librarian at Princeton for 20 years--and was the chemistry librarian as well for about half of that.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. Articles for Creation backlog drive

Hello Rahulsoman:

WikiProject Articles for creation is holding a month long Backlog Drive in June!
The goal of this drive is to reduce the backlog of unreviewed drafts to less than 1 month of outstanding reviews from the current 3+ months. Bonus points will be given for reviewing drafts that have been waiting more than 30 days. The drive is running from 1 June 2025 through 30 June 2025.

You may find Category:AfC pending submissions by age or other categories and sorting helpful.

Barnstars will be given out as awards at the end of the drive.

The World Destubathon

Hello. You're invited to participate in The World Destubathon. We're aiming to destub a lot of articles and also improve longer stale articles. It started today on Monday June 16 and will run until Sunday July 13. There is over $3300 going into it, with $500 the top prize. If you are interested in winning something to save you money in buying books for future content, or just see it as a good editathon opportunity to see a lot of articles improved for subjects which interest you, sign up on the page in the participants section if interested.
