Continued WP:SYNTH issues
Despite several prior notices about not only the same issue, but the same army, you keep inserting updates based on your own interpretation of the size of the Russian Armed Forces, the only source that actually gave a figure in this edit was the CNN source which said "around 1.5 million." So not the inflation by 150,000 you inserted into the article. Since this seems to be a chronic issue, I will ask you one final time to stop violating WP:SYNTH. You're also doing it in a contentious topic that you have been blocked for disruption in before, so at this point there doesn't seem to be any other options than asking for futher administrator intervention. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
