This recent addition to the lede seems highly undue. Walsh is mainly known for his anti-trans activism but not much else. Putting this there seems cherrypicked to have something especially negative in the lead. It was inserted by a user who self-admittedly had never heard of Walsh before - 61.8.154.19 (talk) 16:56, 25 October 2025 (UTC)
- Hmmm, yeah actually. It does seem strange that this would be the first thing in the lead. ser! (chat to me - see my edits) 17:00, 25 October 2025 (UTC)

At this article there are IPs trying to remove info about slavery. It has been going on since September. Could you lock this article ~2025-32913-29 (talk) 12:39, 12 November 2025 (UTC)

hey have now logged into their account and continued the edit warring. Again removing the information about slavery for no reason. They also changed an image caption to remove "slave" https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Black_Japanese&action=history It seems to have started on November 9th, when they first removed the slavery part and since then various IPs have done so over and over again ~2025-33214-55 (talk) 22:07, 13 November 2025 (UTC) They're also stating "use the talk page" and "find consensus" even though they are the one challenging an established version ~2025-33631-44 (talk) 16:43, 14 November 2025 (UTC)To clarify, this is the longstanding version October 19Another user is also fed up with them. ~2025-33688-56 (talk) 20:05, 15 November 2025 (UTC)

Hey Ser!, could you send me the Danish sources that you think would be suitable for his article? Thanks DartsF4 (talk) 23:36, 25 November 2025 (UTC)
- Hi @DartsF4:, here's what I had from last time, and a few new ones:
- One from Danish national broadcaster DR
- DR again
- Long-ish piece in Ekstrabladet
- Sport.dk (and corresponding piece from Ekstrabladet)
- TV2 Fyn,
- Shorter piece again from DR
- Some analysis of his chances at the Nordic Darts Masters from DR again
- DartsNews covering him signing with a management company
- Same with a manufacturer
- Dartnyheder interviewing him.
- It's a shame he's looking set to lose his tourcard but even with that I think the last two years have given him enough to merit an article. ser! (chat to me - see my edits) 23:42, 25 November 2025 (UTC)
- Created a draft, feel free to help with it when you want to and have the time. DartsF4 (talk) 20:51, 7 January 2026 (UTC)
- Thanks. I'm flying back to Denmark tomorrow and so will have more access to sources from then on. May be busy over the weekend but I'll try have a look when I can. — ser! (chat to me - see my edits) 22:12, 7 January 2026 (UTC)

- Hey! Good job once again on the GA. One thing that I forgot to return to following the last wave of comments was the lead. It's hardly a critical issue, but I still think another sentence fleshing out his criminal history would be beneficial. Up to you at this point, I was just reminded of it following your DYK nom. Enjoyed our collaboration, happy editing! DrOrinScrivello (talk) 22:59, 26 December 2025 (UTC)
- I've added another sentence there, good idea. Thank you very much for the review, all the best! — ser! (chat to me - see my edits) 23:16, 26 December 2025 (UTC)

- Hi Ser!, have just left a review there. I am Australia-based, and my assumption is you are European-based, so there may be some delay in communication. Question from Chrisdd1999 (19:48, 26 January 2026)
Hi hi!
I tried to create my own article today. I started in the sandbox and then I tried to move it to the article mainspace. I think I did something wrong though - unless its waiting for approval... --Chrisdd1999 (talk) 19:48, 26 January 2026 (UTC)
- Chrisdd1999, to which article do you refer? I see Katherine Carper Sawyer is in mainspace after your creation so I think this one may be solved. — ser! (chat to me - see my edits) 14:12, 27 January 2026 (UTC)
- HI! Yeah, I got it sorted. Thanks for following up! Chrisdd1999 (talk) 15:38, 27 January 2026 (UTC)
Temporary account & revealing IP address
I have seen a temp account block of yours where the block log reason mentions an IP range, perhaps used by the user in question. I think that was a mistake: the whole point of temporary accounts is to prevent the relevant IP addresses from being publicly visible, and the access to IP ranges available to administrators (amongst others) is subject to maintaining confidentiality. JBW (talk) 14:04, 27 January 2026 (UTC)
- Agh. I've had a look and I see the one you're talking about, and you're correct that this was a mistake on my part, in the early stages of the new temporary account introduction. Thanks for revdelling and apologies for the inconvenience, I've gotten to grips with how temp accs work by now but still I'll be more diligent in future. Best, — ser! Buzzards?
I can't be sure right now, as there's 2k+ edits to look at, but is there any chance Special:Contributions/Minnastronomer is Buzzards? The account was created not long after the last block (July 2025, when the last sock block was mid-June 2025). Editing about Minnesota politics and cities as well, including some overlap from the last sock:
The interests in astronomy and the Evangelical Lutheran Church seem new, though.

DYK for Tony Felloni
On 1 February 2026, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Tony Felloni, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that "King Scum" escaped from prison by pretending to be a solicitor? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Tony Felloni. You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page (here's how, Tony Felloni), and the hook may be added to the statistics page after its run on the Main Page has completed. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to nominate it.

| Your hook reached 17,165 views (715.2 per hour), making it one of the most viewed hooks of February 2026 – nice work! |
Userpage and Talkpage Vandalism by ~2026-75630-4
I've warned the IP twice now, and he vandalized my talk page, and vandalized another user's talk page AND userpage. He called a user a Zionist, calling my mom gay, and calling me a virgin. Thanks! ♠GreatestPolskaHamster (hamster chat!) 01:29, 4 February 2026 (UTC)
- PolishHamster, someone else seems to have handled it while I was asleep. In future if somebody is continuing to vandalise, file a report at WP:AIV (or for more complex cases WP:ANI) and the first available admin will handle it there. Thanks, — ser! Barella's status
Would this be enough to re-introduce the statement (on top of what's already in the article)?
- Listed among the 100 best players in the world by FourFourTwo less than two months ago, at #53. They defined him as "one of the world’s foremost midfield players".
- Listed in ESPN's 2025 FC 100. They ranked him sixth among midfielders.
- Sports Illustrated, three months ago, listed him among the 25 best midfielders in the world at #6, with a very flattering description.
I believe the evidences are pretty compelling, but I prefer hearing your thoughts before, instead of just reverting. Tanonero (msg) 10:56, 8 February 2026 (UTC)
- @Tanonero: Thanks for the message. I think these sources look good enough to me so by all means restore the claim with them - though I would leave the previous sources from 2023 out as they are quite out of date and three up to date sources are usually good enough for this claim. Thanks again, ser! (chat to me - see my edits) 11:03, 8 February 2026 (UTC)
Question from Dennis.insect.filmer (03:46, 23 February 2026)
In section Hummingbird:Description:Life cycle
This important section had only three short paragraphs. I added two more to describe important nestling and fledging behaviors.
I then added four videos showing the important, interesting behaviors described in this section, in update 03:29, 21 February 2026
User Zefr deleted one of them and demoted two others to the media gallery at the end. I also added the four videos to the Anna’s hummingbird page since that is the species. That page has little detail so I put them at the end in the gallery. He deleted two of those too. He said, “Having all your videos in one article give the impression of a personal portfolio collection being added to one article. Three videos in the same section are disruptive to the page, and do not make the article readily informative for the common user. ”
I disagree with both of these assessments. Below are the videos. You can find my “talk” attempt to convince Zefr they belong embedded with the section. He still disagrees. Thank you for helping me resolve this.
I agree with Zefr that the media files (four videos and two images) extend well beyond the section they belong to. This could be resolved by adding a <gallery> object containing them at the bottom of the life cycle section (eggs, feeding, nest sanitation, wing flapping, ready to fledge, fledged). They all illustrate different important phases of their life cycle.

A Fox for you!
Please stop blocking me as a 'sockpuppet'
You keep blocking me as a 'sockpuppet' when I am editing my favoured articles involving the Premier League, EFL Championship & AFC Bournemouth. Your blocks have made me create new accounts which I didn't want to create so I guess they classify as sockpuppets, but I have not engaged in any vandalism of any pages, all I wish to do is update football articles with the latest results and stats. I do not wish to be a problematic user, so please let me without any interference, it would be greatly appreciated, thank you. StatPad (talk) 14:39, 16 March 2026 (UTC)
so I guess they classify as sockpuppets
- correct, which is explicitly against the rules on here. You soiled your own ability to update these articles when you got blocked for repeated vandalism and instead of waiting it out or even heeding the advice, created a sockpuppet account and continued to edit. I will continue to report and/or block any further accounts you create. ser! (chat to me - see my edits) 14:45, 16 March 2026 (UTC)
