Information icon Hello, I'm Cassiopeia. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Naoya Inoue, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Cassiopeia talk 09:33, 10 December 2024 (UTC)

Its his amateur high lights and ref will be added in. Songsten (talk) 09:46, 10 December 2024 (UTC)
First amateur fights are not important fight and second no sources. Pls read why you received the warning. Cassiopeia talk 09:55, 10 December 2024 (UTC)
Except they are important and like I said ref will be added in for the source. But you don't give me the chance to do it, cause you go and remove it right away. Songsten (talk) 10:26, 10 December 2024 (UTC)

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at Rafael Espinoza, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Cassiopeia talk 09:35, 10 December 2024 (UTC)

You talking about Espinoza's reach. It's taken from tale of tape against robiesy. It says his reach is 74.5 Songsten (talk) 09:44, 10 December 2024 (UTC)
Hi Songsten, Pls read why you received the warning. You didnt provide independent, reliable source. The "Boxrec source has already added. Cassiopeia talk 09:50, 10 December 2024 (UTC)
The source was Espinoza's own promoter and top rank as they listed his reach as 74.5 on tale of tape. And ref will be added in. Songsten (talk) 09:51, 10 December 2024 (UTC)
"own promotion" means not independent source. Cassiopeia talk 09:54, 10 December 2024 (UTC)
"Independent source" you do realize that boxrec and other 3rd party sites get their info from promoters. And Espinoza's promoter just updated his reach. But I guess once boxrec updates it. Then we can changed it. Songsten (talk) 10:11, 10 December 2024 (UTC)

Warning icon Please stop. If you continue to blank out or remove portions of page content, templates, or other materials from Wikipedia without adequate explanation, as you did at Subriel Matías, you may be blocked from editing. Cassiopeia talk 09:37, 10 December 2024 (UTC)

All I removed was the 140 rankings which are out dated. Songsten (talk) 09:45, 10 December 2024 (UTC)
Hi Songsten, you need to provide "edit summary of why you removed sourced content". Cassiopeia talk 09:49, 10 December 2024 (UTC)

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you violate Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy by inserting commentary or your personal analysis into an article, as you did at Naoya Inoue. Cassiopeia talk 09:47, 10 December 2024 (UTC)

those were fight summaries and were not violating any NPOV policy. Like I said refs will be added for content lacking sources. Songsten (talk) 09:50, 10 December 2024 (UTC)
Pls read all the info you add them in. And pls understand, not all source info is needed to be elabrate to such extend. This is Wikipedia and not a book or magazines or newspaper. We just summaries important info and simple factual written writing in neutral point of view. Pls go to the article talk page and read in details of the reason. You have received final warning and pls understand Wikipedia guidelines before edit constructive or you will be blocked. Cassiopeia talk 09:53, 10 December 2024 (UTC)
But he is a high profile athlete. So all source info is needed to be elabrate like it's done with all the other high profile athletes. And every thing written were summaries, important info and factual in a neutral point of view. With everything removed, his page is now barebones, like he is a journeyman. Also not sure why you are threatening me with warnings, when I have not broken any Wikipedia guidelines. Songsten (talk) 10:02, 10 December 2024 (UTC)
I asked you to read what you have reverted on NPOV and have explained to you that we dont put all info in even it is sourced but those that it important and relevant in short simple factual neutral point of view. You know some of the Wikipedia guidelines for new editors and you removed the TWA program messages (seem you dont need to take the program to know about Wikipedia guidelines) and I suspect you might be one of the previous editor (Ronten 5) or editor's friend and if so that is sock or meat sock to have multiple account and you and they rest of meat sock will be blocked indefinitely. I hope you are not what I am suspecting. Any disagreement on content of can be discuss on the article talk page which there is a disussion there about NPOV and non-excessive content. Cassiopeia talk 19:43, 10 December 2024 (UTC)
I have no clue what the F you are talking about. And who the hell is Ronten5. And I removed the TWA program messages cause I already went through with it.

Songsten (talk) 21:56, 10 December 2024 (UTC)

Your history didnot indicate you went throught TWA program and maybe you use another Wikipedia user name when you did that. And if you did went through then you should know about civility when talking to other editor. Cassiopeia talk 22:05, 10 December 2024 (UTC)
I did went through it but IDK what happened cause it wasn’t showing up perfectly. So I removed it but I'll go through it again. And again I'm not sure what you mean by civility when talking to other editor, because you are the only person I talked to and I have said nothing wrong to you or attacked you. Unless you are offended cause I keep replying to you. Songsten (talk) 22:09, 10 December 2024 (UTC)

Stop icon This is your only warning; if you make personal attacks on others again, as you did at User talk:Songsten, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Comment on content, not on other contributors or people. Cassiopeia talk 22:03, 10 December 2024 (UTC)

Not sure what you are talking about and who did I attacked. As far as I can recall I have attacked nobody. It will be very helpful if you could identify what is that I attacked. I looked at my talk page and there is no attack from me on anyone. Songsten (talk) 22:07, 10 December 2024 (UTC)

Edit sumary

Information icon Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I noticed that one or more recent edit(s) you made did not have an edit summary. You can use the edit summary field to explain your reasoning for an edit, or to provide a description of what the edit changes. Summaries save time for other editors and reduce the chances that your edit will be misunderstood. For some edits, an adequate summary may be quite brief.

The edit summary field looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

Please provide an edit summary for every edit you make. With a Wikipedia account, you can give yourself a reminder by setting Preferences Editing Tick Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary (or the default undo summary), and then click the "Save" button. Thanks! Cassiopeia talk 09:59, 10 December 2024 (UTC)

I know how to do edit summary. Just didn't do it for 140 rankings cause it was out of date. But will do for the future. Songsten (talk) 10:05, 10 December 2024 (UTC)

TWA program

Hi Songsten, I suggest you to take WP:TWA program to understand some of the fundamental Wikipedia guidelines to help you on editing. Cassiopeia talk 10:01, 10 December 2024 (UTC) Songsten (talk) 22:21, 10 December 2024 (UTC)

Greetings. Please explain why you've gone around changing a bunch of these to read incorrectly – , . All have been reverted, because the footage clearly shows they were correct before. Mac Dreamstate (talk) 20:55, 2 March 2025 (UTC)

I thought they were KOs but you're right TKO and KOs are different. Sorry mistake made by me. And thanks for editing my mistakes. As for unification part I thought the bout was a catchweight with no titles on the line.Songsten (talk) 22:55, 2 March 2025 (UTC)

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Sony Music, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Japanese. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ  Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Boxer Rankings

Please don't insert the rankings of individual fighters if they are not mentioned in the cited sources like you did here. Previous discussion at WP:BOXING also discouraged including these rankings in the text of boxer articles because they are often WP:UNDUE. Morbidthoughts (talk) 21:13, 5 May 2025 (UTC)

July 2025

Please stop your persistent unconstructive editing or you will be reported, thanks. GOAT Bones231012 (talk) 00:38, 13 July 2025 (UTC)

Reported for what. It's you who needs to reported since you're always engaging in edit wars. Songsten (talk) 00:54, 13 July 2025 (UTC)
Reported for what? Look at your edits at Game Boy and Fuck. Those articles aren’t places for you to draft edits. GOAT Bones231012 (talk) 01:25, 13 July 2025 (UTC)
I'm new here and learning things and I took out my edit. But your always engaging in edit wars and you have been warned multiple times but you always ignore them. Songsten (talk) 01:30, 13 July 2025 (UTC)
Most sources have his height at 5 feet 5 inches so not sure what your fixation is on changing it to 5'6". Ring Magazine has him at 5'4" would you like me to change it to that? GOAT Bones231012 (talk) 01:39, 13 July 2025 (UTC)
Then let's bring it up in discussion because why are you always engaging in edit wars and have been warned multiple times but you keep ignoring them. You bring up Ring Magazine without realizing that Ring magazine is not a sanctioning body, it's a magazine controlled by a promoter "Turki". While WBC is a sanctioning body. Songsten (talk) 01:45, 13 July 2025 (UTC)
So bring it up in discussion then, but nowhere does it say that a sanctioning body holds precedent when it comes to height. GOAT Bones231012 (talk) 01:49, 13 July 2025 (UTC)
I have open a discussion on Cardenas page. Songsten (talk) 01:53, 13 July 2025 (UTC)

Jonny Kim

Hey Songsten, please start adding reliable references to any information you add to an article. I’m sure the stuff you added could easily be found online and added as a reference. GOAT Bones231012 (talk) 12:50, 18 August 2025 (UTC)

Got it 👍 Songsten (talk) 13:07, 18 August 2025 (UTC)

Jesse Rodriguez

Songsten, why are you continuing to change the weight class in the infobox to featherweight at Jesse Rodriguez? I don’t get it because I haven’t seen a fight of his fought at that weight, and even if there was one fight at that weight, it still isn’t notable enough to include in the infobox. So please stop, thanks. GOAT Bones231012 (talk) 21:52, 22 August 2025 (UTC)

I just included cause he fought there but if you only want to include the weightclasses he was champion in it, then he wasn't a champion at Light flyweight. Songsten (talk) 22:01, 22 August 2025 (UTC)
When did I say anywhere that I "…only want to include the weightclasses he was champion in…"? All I’m saying is that if it was only one fight then it isn’t worth including. He has fought many fights at light flyweight, hence why it is worth including. Also, you still haven’t mentioned which fight he even fought at featherweight. GOAT Bones231012 (talk) 22:09, 22 August 2025 (UTC)

Jonny Kim

Please stop making unnecessary edits and revisions at Jonny Kim. There is a reason why things are written the way they are and they don’t need to be changed. You are showing a pattern of making unhelpful edits. Please be more careful before changing established content. GOAT Bones231012 (talk) 05:21, 27 August 2025 (UTC)

For valor is a military term while with V device makes no sense. Songsten (talk) 14:32, 27 August 2025 (UTC)
Wrong, "Bronze Star with V device" is a regularly used and recognized term in military contexts. GOAT Bones231012 (talk) 14:37, 27 August 2025 (UTC)
No it isn't because V is just a device to mean valor. Thats why I said for Valor is better. No says with V device, everyone says bronze star for valor because other bronze star are awarded for meritorious achievement. Songsten (talk) 14:42, 27 August 2025 (UTC)
Ok, but "Bronze Star with V device" is the official precise wording used in military award citations. GOAT Bones231012 (talk) 14:49, 27 August 2025 (UTC)
Thats on paper but that is not how it's said when reading the award. They say it's bronze star for valor because Navy and army have different terminology. Songsten (talk) 02:41, 29 August 2025 (UTC)
While people sometimes shorten it to "Bronze Star for Valor", the correct formal terminology is “Bronze Star Medal with 'V'device," and that’s how it’s written in military records and citations. GOAT Bones231012 (talk) 04:24, 29 August 2025 (UTC)
You're wrong,in his military record it's written as bronze star with Combat V. That's why I said when award is read they say it's bronze star for valor. Songsten (talk) 13:55, 29 August 2025 (UTC)
If you want to write "Bronze Star with Combat V" or "Bronze Star with Combat V (for valor)" I’m ok with that. GOAT Bones231012 (talk) 15:06, 29 August 2025 (UTC)

September 2025

Stop icon Your recent editing history at Naoya Inoue shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. An edit war occurs when two or more users begin repeatedly reverting content on a page in a back-and-forth fashion to restore it back to how they think it should be, despite knowing that other editors disagree with their changes. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or undo the edits made by other editors when your changes are reverted. Instead, please use the talk page to work toward creating a version of the page that represents consensus among the editors involved. The best practice at this time is to stop editing the page and to discuss the disagreements, issues, and concerns at-hand with the other editors involved in the dispute. Wikipedia provides a page that helps to detail how this is accomplished. If discussions reach an impasse, you can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard, or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection while a discussion to resolve the dispute is ongoing.

Continuing to engage in further edit warring behavior can result in being blocked from editing Wikipediaespecially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's workwhether in whole or in part, or whether it involves the same or different material each timecounts as a revert. Also, please keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warringeven if you do not violate the three-revert ruleshould your demeanor, behavior, or conduct indicate that you intend to continue repeatedly making reverts to the page. ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 09:45, 15 September 2025 (UTC)

But it's not me who is in edit war. That other person is literally removing edit about Inoue when boxing publications recognizes Inoue's achievements. That guy is literally turning Wikipedia into his own personal opinion space. And he has done this multiple times especially with me. Songsten (talk) 11:24, 15 September 2025 (UTC)

Naoya Inoue

Hey Songsten, it doesn’t look like we are going to get anything done going back and forth with just each other. What do you say we create a new topic in Wikipedia:WikiProject Boxing with both of us stating our case in one message, and seeing what conclusion other knowledgeable boxing editors (except Ronten as you’ve already admitted he is your friend) on this site think of this situation and just accept what the general consensus is. Is that fair? GOAT Bones231012 (talk) 23:44, 16 September 2025 (UTC)

IDK what any of this means and what is wikiproject boxing cause I'm new to Wikipedia. Also I don't wanna argue anymore. All I'm saying is that Inoue will announced as guy with 27 title fights in his next fight by Jimmy Lennon Jr and Ring magazine, so at this point Wikipedia no longer reflects the real world that's all. Songsten (talk) 00:34, 17 September 2025 (UTC)
Listen I’m sorry, I know this is really upsetting you. To be honest, I blame the WBA for creating this problem. If it wasn’t for their greed, they’d have just left each division with one true champion instead of starting this whole mess to begin with. Not that the WBC is any better, but still. To answer your question about WikiProject Boxing, it is the project page for all boxing articles and I was just asking you that if you’d like, we can go there and start a new topic for discussion which includes participants of the project to see what they think of this whole situation. We can both state our case and see what everyone else thinks. GOAT Bones231012 (talk) 00:45, 17 September 2025 (UTC)
I mentioned the wikiproject a few minutes ago on the article talk page. Please see what I wrote there. In brief: notify the wikiproject but discuss it on article talk because that is where others will look now and in the future. Johnuniq (talk) 02:55, 17 September 2025 (UTC)
then how can we end this discussion? Doesn't Wikipedia have a concept of moderators? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:GOAT_Bones231012
As you can see from the related debate, GOAT Bones231012 unilaterally stopped communicating with songsten. My opinion is not much different from Songten's. Rocco30 (talk) 05:01, 21 September 2025 (UTC)
The same thing could be said for Songsten above. In any event, We can go to Wikiproject Boxing like I suggested and see what other people think. GOAT Bones231012 (talk) 05:06, 21 September 2025 (UTC)
Somewhere on one of the many pages where this dispute has been incorrectly discussed, I mentioned that the correct place is article talk. When a new section with a sourced proposal is added at article talk, post a brief and neutral message at the wikiproject asking for opinions (which should be given at article talk). That is standard procedure because it makes it easy for people now and in the future to find and follow the issue. Johnuniq (talk) 05:15, 21 September 2025 (UTC)
Where can I leave comments on article discussions? Rocco30 (talk) 07:58, 21 September 2025 (UTC)
At the top of an article, you should see a "talk" tab which you can click. If you are using the mobile platform (m.wikipedia.org) it will be different and I don't know. You can ask questions like this and get a better answer at WP:Teahouse. A link to the talk page of the article being discussed is Talk:Naoya Inoue. Johnuniq (talk) 09:30, 21 September 2025 (UTC)
