We cannot publish biographical articles without reliable sources to support the assertions. To establish notability, you'll need to find sourcing that would meet the guidelines at WP:NMUSIC. I'd also note that there are issues with the prose as well - phrases like 'As testament to the strength of her songwriting,' and 'Elina's songwriting comes from the heart' come across as promotional - we aim to write neutral, factual articles about people, without trying either to puff up their significance or disparage them.
