Disambiguation link notification for March 27
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Influenza pandemic, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page CDC (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 10:13, 27 March 2020 (UTC)

Help me!
| This help request has been answered. If you need more help, you can , contact the responding user(s) directly on their user talk page, or consider visiting the Teahouse. |
Please help me with... When I visit a page of it.wikipedia.org, all the interface --that is, all the material displayed that is not part of the article-- is in Russian. This happens only when I visit it.wikipedia, and not when I visit de.wiki, fr.wiki, or other languages.
I have accessed it.wikipedia.org from my partner's computer (and, presumably from his account), and the interface displays in Italian. So obviously it is a setting I must have made.
I tried to address this many months ago. I found some responses from several people, but the statements they made were beyond my understanding of how to work in wikipedia.Tgkohn (talk) 05:36, 4 November 2022 (UTC) Tgkohn (talk) 05:36, 4 November 2022 (UTC)
- Well, that's... interesting.
- If you go to https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Speciale:Preferenze what is selected in the box labeled "Язык интерфейса:"? If it's Russian, you should be able to change it to "it - italiano" and click the save button ("сохранить") at the bottom. 3mi1y (talk) 06:08, 4 November 2022 (UTC)

Copyright issue on Draft:Joel Thompson (composer)
Hi there! This is just a note that I have unfortunately had to remove some content from your draft at Draft:Joel Thompson (composer), as it seems to have been copied from https://durhamsymphony.org/joel-thompson/ without evidence of permission from the copyright holder. It looks like you probably just copied this text to refer to while working on your draft, but unfortunately Wikipedia is not able to host copyrighted content anywhere on the site, including in draft space. If you want to refer to this text in writing your draft you might find it helpful to work offline in a text editor first to avoid pasting directly from sources into Wikipedia. Thanks for your understanding, and happy editing! MCE89 (talk) 12:03, 4 March 2025 (UTC)

August 2025
Hello, I'm Serge, an Admin here on Wikipedia. Please remember to assume good faith and not make accusations towards others, as you did here. My edit was neither "malicious" nor "uninformed". I was quite clear in why I removed it here - it was entirely unsourced. This is unacceptable per WP:V and WP:VNT.
While it is possible to get it added back, you'll need to adhere to WP:V and WP:BURDEN. That is, if you want to re-add information, then you need to go through the work in finding reliable sources that verify the content.
It is not acceptable to add/re-add unsourced content to Wikipedia. Content requiring sources for verification purposes is one of the main points of how Wikipedia works. Do not add/re-add unsourced content to Wikipedia any more. Thank you. Sergecross73 msg me 13:14, 28 August 2025 (UTC)

Hello, Tgkohn,
Just leaving you a note as this draft is due to be deleted via CSD G13. Since you are not the article creator, you are unlikely to receive a note about this but I saw that you requested this draft's restoration at WP:REFUND so I thought you might be interested in knowing about this upcoming deletion. Thank you. Liz Read! Talk! 03:42, 6 September 2025 (UTC)
