Blurred Lines by Robin Thicke, Pharrell Williams, and T.I. funk source reference

I seriously can not comprehend what you wrote. Please can you help me with that? English is not really my first language. Thank you. Ditto Otw (talk) 16:38, 20 March 2026 (UTC)

Cups (song)

Hello,

I have seen you have reverted again my edit on Cups (song). You offer no justification to the claim that those are not "reliable" sources. El Comercio is a mainstream newspaper in Spain founded 1878. The song has over 6 million streams and was covered in mainstream and specialist Spanish media. There is no reason to believe that the Korean or Indian covers are notable but the Spanish one is not, when it received wide coverage and was succesful in the country. I do not wish to enter an edit war, but if you offer no justification I will restore my edition and you can argue against it in the Discussion page. I also remind you of Wikipedia Etiquette, which the description of your edit does not comply with. Ideator 2.0 (talk) 16:32, 28 March 2026 (UTC)

The way you formatted the reference isn't ideal for a GA article. I shared my reason in the chat summary, but you still reverted it. It is a non-notable cover. Shoot for the Stars (talk) 17:11, 28 March 2026 (UTC)
On second thought, the El Camino source looks like a high-quality source. I have added the info back onto the article. Shoot for the Stars (talk) 17:15, 28 March 2026 (UTC)

Block reinstated

Stop icon
You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for continued disruption related to images on Wikipedia and this new AN/I report. Your insistance on your preferred poor images, edit warring, and unreasonable demand that only registered editors should have a say in which images are used in articles is unacceptable. The community supported an unban based on your promise that the disruption was in the past, and yet here we are.
If you believe that there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Ponyobons mots 19:27, 14 April 2026 (UTC)

Ponyo It is very unfair how you block me without even letting me reply at the ANI. I was going to say that I was going to stop based on all of the editors concerns and how they agree with the pictures should stay up. I was literally following protocol I was told and now I am blocked for it? Shoot for the Stars (talk) 19:31, 14 April 2026 (UTC)

You have already made an appeal promising to no longer edit disruptively, which was accepted based on your commitment to do better. You can't just state you'll be better if unblocked then return to the exact disruption that led to your community ban. The discussions linked in the most recent AN/I report are just a repeat of everything that led to the original ban. You don't get infinite chances to do better, especially when your opinions differ so completely from your fellow editors' (and that includes unregistered accounts).-- Ponyobons mots 22:19, 14 April 2026 (UTC)
Chaotic Enby can i respond to the ANI?

Shoot for the Stars (block logactive blocksglobal blockscontribsdeleted contribsfilter logcreation logchange block settingsunblockcheckuser (log) • SI)

Request reason:

I was going to apply to the ANI and explain that I was going to stop. I have been feeling really sick and throwing up so I haven't had time to reply the ANI. If other editors agree that me changing the pictures is disruptive, I stopped. I promise not to upload any more pictures anymore. I want to have a chance to comment on the ANI. Shoot for the Stars (talk) 19:37, 14 April 2026 (UTC)

Notes:

  • In some cases, you may not in fact be blocked, or your block has already expired. Please check the list of active blocks. If no block is listed, then you have been autoblocked by the automated anti-vandalism systems. Please remove this request and follow these instructions instead for quick attention by an administrator.
  • Please read our guide to appealing blocks to make sure that your unblock request will help your case. You may change your request at any time.
Administrator use only:

If you ask the blocking administrator to comment on this request, replace this template with the following, replacing "blocking administrator" with the name of the blocking admin:

{{Unblock on hold |1=blocking administrator |2=I was going to apply to the ANI and explain that I was going to stop. I have been feeling really sick and throwing up so I haven't had time to reply the ANI. If other editors agree that me changing the pictures is disruptive, I stopped. If you decline the unblock request, replace this template with the following code, substituting {{subst:Decline reason here}} with a specific rationale. Leaving the decline reason unchanged will result in display of a default reason, explaining why the request was declined.

(Non-administrator comment) Except you didn't stop - this is exactly the same reason for your previous community ban . You don't get infinite chances, there's a limit and you've shot straight past it - you were unblocked and returned to causing exactly the same problems as before. You knew that uploading poor quality images was a bad idea, yet carried on anyway. Blue Sonnet (talk) 01:39, 15 April 2026 (UTC)
  • Your chance to comment is now. Please say anything you wish to say about the matter here. 331dot (talk) 08:58, 15 April 2026 (UTC)
For instance please explain what happened in this discussion, where you uploaded a poor-quality image (the reason for your original ban) then refused to change it back despite two other editors disagreeing with you. The community ban discussion was here, where you were blocked for continuously "replacing images with unnecessary and inferior alternatives" Blue Sonnet (talk) 10:32, 15 April 2026 (UTC)
