I note that you have VIAF and LCCN identifiers on your user page; please would you put them inside the template {{Authority control}} (or I can do that for you if you like)? Hello, I'd like to use the photo of Iain M. Banks you provided on Wikimedia Commons in an article about his book "Consider Phlebas" that will we published on the next issue of "Histórias Extraordinárias" prozine (ISDB link). It will be converted to grayscale and probably trimmed a bit to fit the space available. I am thinking of crediting it as: "Foto de Tim Duncan / usada sob permissão" meaning "Photo by Tim Duncan, used under permission". Is it ok for you? Thanks - Paolo F. Pugno, editor.
