- As I said on Meta, you are still blocked here on enwiki via the Mamani1990 account. While you may have been unblocked on meta, that does not mean you are free to edit here. You need to request unblock from that account before editing here. I will note that I have not yet had chance to refresh myself on the circumstances surrounding the original block, locks and the recent unlock - I therefore cannot yet say whether I would necessarily be opposed to an unblock, but that must happen before you start using any other accounts. - Hi Girth Summit, thank you for explaining, I understand and respect this decision. I apologize for having made another mistake.
- I would like to provide an explanation with some diffs to help my case. I recognize that this all started with my behaviour; I lost my temper and wrote an all caps message with swears at Liz (admin). I also did not clearly declare all of my accounts on my user pages. This led to AmandaNP globally locking TitCrisse on Meta. Imho, I should have gotten a local lock instead for a few days too cool off. The rationale that was used for my global lock was that TitCrisse was part of a known abuser/sock farm called ConsumersDistributing because the account made edits on fr wiki supposedly similar to the accounts: M5t2021, Jmdault, Jerome1891, Media5130, and PROMOD6969. This CU request confirmed that those accounts are part of ConsumersDistributing but not TitCrisse/Pramod8375. This CU request on fr wiki confirms that TitCrisse is not associated with ConsumersDistributing . This interaction analyser also confirms me not having anything to do with ConsumersDistributing .
- On fr wiki I had 2 accounts, TitCrisse for any edit (I also used it on en wiki), and Pramod8375 for edits only to the page of fr:Louis Lagassé. You can clearly see that I added well-sourced information about this businessman's legal and financial problems when M5t2021, Jmdault, & ConsumersDistributing tried to remove that information, diffs: & . This led to their block and CU investigations mentioned above.
- I should have requested my global unlock for TitCrisse with the evidence I shared above. I should have researched on how to do this properly. Instead, I committed the grave error of trying to forget the past and start fresh on en wiki with Mamani1990. I did this while TitCrisse was still globally locked, so I tried to evade a global lock and committed sockpuppetry abuse. I understand that it doesn't matter that the initial reason for the global lock of TitCrisse was incorrect (not part of ConsumersDistributing). I broke the rules and deserve a sanction.
- I tried to request the unblock of Mamani1990 through my IP but was rightly blocked there again. I also submitted an unblock ticket request on Oct. 20, the appeal key is: c55f055eb453762cecdf0c27ba567b12dc6b205124550c531f59a67d08072ff8627e587113edd2ae56b05dddf2edfbcdea60c4e20bf951d2c2117ec340ffb72f. The issue is that in the ticket it says the appeal is for TitCrisse, when it should be for Mamani1990. I tried to submit a new ticket but was blocked from doing so for possible spamming.
