Hello, I am just a normal, fellow user and this is meant as friendly advice. I wanted to bring something to your attention.

The hardest part of contributing to Wikipedia is all the policies and guidelines that are tucked away and hard to reference. Local consensus of editors cannot over ride policies and guidelines, and sometimes users working on a project aren't aware of the guidelines. If you put the following in curly brackets, it will bring a template with all the important policies and guidelines in one place, and I refer to it constantly now: Wikipedia policies and guidelines|state=collapsed

The order is Pillars, Policy, Guidelines, Manual of Style. Essays are not formal rules but suggestions by other editors.

One of the policies under WP:CONDUCT, "Comment on the content, not on the editor. Personal attacks damage the community and deter editors." WP:NPA No Personal Attacks is also a policy.

In this edit, you are commenting on another user and calling them ignorant. , you said "your suggestion... shows a very ignorant understanding of the subject".

Consensus isn't about "voting" - the quality of your argument also matters in such discussions, and your contribution will sometimes be ignored/rejected by the closer reviewing the discussion if you don't make a case for your opinion. This is an example, where the "votes" lean toward delete, but it was relisted because there wasn't enough engagement in discussion: .

You can also see I was called out on my comments about another editor, and adjusted my comment (we are not perfect) and you could do that if you choose as well. WP:ESDOS - "Don't make personal remarks about editors."

I'm coming here, and not on that page - because discussions of editor comments are supposed to take place in spaces set aside for them, like our talk pages.

If you want, you can edit your comment still per WP:REMOVEUNCIVIL - because the point you are making: "Neurodiversity isn't just Autism" is something you could make a case about directly. I'd even recommend finding a good source that makes that very argument; so other editors could read and understand your point of view more clearly.

I'd have you review WP:NEO first - "Articles on neologisms that have little or no usage in reliable sources are commonly deleted, as these articles are often created in an attempt to use Wikipedia to increase usage of the term." I'm thinking if the page is kept, it should probably be renamed under that policy, but I don't have a firm opinion about it yet.
