Please warn users correctly

Thank you for reverting vandalism on Wikipedia. In the future, place your warnings at the bottom of the talk page and add a header for the month and year (ex: December 2025) if it doesn't exist. Repeat warnings

Sending someone a warning they've had before, as you did here, is usually not helpful, unless the first warning was a very long time ago. I see you use Twinkle; in the warn menu there should be an option to choose the warning level. Since that user had already had level 1 and 2 warnings, the best thing to do would usually be to send a level 3 warning.

Thanks for reverting vandalism by the way!

Also, your username confused me for a moment; I thought the notification was telling me there was a very high frequency of replies :D
