Re your message: Yes, I know that it is verified news. However, it is still does not belong in the Infobox as, resigned or not, he is still a founder. Resigning does not change that status and the Infobox entry is not usually noted when a founder departs for whatever reason: resignation, retirement, death, etc. For example, Apple Inc., has the three founders listed, but no note that none of the three are there anymore.
The resignation can be included in the article itself, but I think part of the problem with it is that it would be out of place. If there was a corporate history section or even a mention of the two original founders in the article, then that would be the correct place to put it. However, there is very little detail on the corporate history or personnel of the company. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 04:13, 23 July 2012 (UTC)
