Bravo for your well-founded and erudite dissection of fringe and controversial content on the Operation Barbarossa page. You and I both laughed at some of the same drivel that was presented (particularly the notion of Liddell-Hart as a champion of such theories). In reality, he was known for self-promotion, manipulation of sources, overstatement of influence, and retrospective reinterpretation of his own role in the war.
