Hey just wondering when sorting alphabetically do I refer to it as ESPN Sports Connection or Sports Connection???

On the List of Wii U Games article, along with other articles, ESPN Sports Connection and Sports Connection are labeled with their region specification. ESPN Sports Connection is generally labeled first. However, I believe the article itself should remain Sports Connection because while North America is the only region with a different name, the game was introduced as Sports Connection in America, making all regions share a common name at a point in time. Hi there, thanks for giving my draft a review. There is significantly more information about Hedgehog Engine is various places online, however despite lots of this information being well known by the community and confirmed through reverse engineering etc, it can't be cited due to the user-submitted nature of these sites.

My main reason for creating the article is due to the fact that so many games have been made with this engine at this point, but the lack of a page of the engine itself detracts from those respective articles. There are inconsistencies with how these articles show engine use. Sonic Unleashed and Sonic Forces have a comment in the infobox stating it shouldn't be added as the page is a redirect. Meanwhile Sakura Wars does include Hedgehog Engine 2 in the infobox.

Let me know if there's maybe an alternative route for consolidating this information or resolving some of the issues with the current source. Isaacryu (talk) 20:55, 15 November 2025 (UTC)

At this point, I would suggest mergng and expanding some of the information present on the Sonic Unleashed development section for the Hedgehog Engine, as that seems to have the most available information. I would recommend watching the explanation of the engine at GDC conference and detailing what was highlighted during the conference, as I think that is your strongest source. There are also some creator interviews that would be helpful for expansion (1, 2, 3). This is then compounded by newer LLMs heavily attributing their claims ("multiple sources report", etc.) which means that long sequences of reviews can look LLM-generated without being so. Original is definitely the one that needs it the most. With over 30 different reviews plus aggregates, it's got almost as many reviews as the other three articles put together, so that's a lot to pare down into a summary.
