Wikipedia:WikiProject Deletion sorting/Suspected AI-generated articles
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
This is a collection of discussions on the deletion of articles related to Suspected AI-generated articles. It is one of many deletion lists coordinated by WikiProject Deletion sorting. Anyone can help maintain the list on this page.
- Adding a new AfD discussion
- Adding an AfD to this page does not add it to the main page at WP:AFD. Similarly, removing an AfD from this page does not remove it from the main page at WP:AFD. If you want to nominate an article for deletion, go through the process on that page before adding it to this page. To add a discussion to this page, follow these steps:
- Edit this page and add {{Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/PageName}} to the top of the list. Replace "PageName" with the relevant article name, i.e. the one on the existing AFD discussion. Also, indicate the title of the article in the edit summary as it is particularly helpful to add a link to the article in the edit summary. When you save the page, the discussion will automatically appear.
- You should also tag the AfD by adding {{subst:delsort|Suspected AI-generated articles|~~~~}} to it, which will inform editors that it has been listed here. You may place this tag above or below the nomination statement or at the end of the discussion thread.
- There are a few scripts and tools that can make this easier.
- Removing a closed AfD discussion
- Closed AfD discussions are automatically removed by a bot.
- Other types of discussions
- You can also add and remove other discussions (prod, CfD, TfD etc.) related to Suspected AI-generated articles. For the other XfD's, the process is the same as AfD (except {{Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/PageName}} is used for MFD and {{transclude xfd}} for the rest). For PRODs, adding a link with {{prodded}} will suffice.
- Further information
- For further information see Wikipedia's deletion policy and WP:AfD for general information about Articles for Deletion, including a list of article deletions sorted by day of nomination.

- Hi. You have clearly missed the part where in mentioned that he coached the likes of Masabane Cecilia Rangwanasha who is a South African soprano and is the winner of the BBC Cardiff Singer of the World . The list extend to Nkululeko Masuku finalist on Britain’s Got Talent 2024. These are two South Africans who were coached by Pali. I dispute this nomination for deletion as you want to overlook his work and influence over the two South African exports. KeMang?? (talk) 03:39, 18 March 2026 (UTC)

Non-notable social initiative, appears to fail GNG. Was de-prodded, and editors have already started voting on deletion on the talk page. I'm honestly not sure what to make of these sources, they seem like routine/promotional coverage, as they all have the same title. I couldn't find anything apart from that in searches. Sources are WP:PROMO. I could find no independent coverage of this cert in my WP:BEFORE. This is not an industry-recognized certification. In fact, several of the government sources in the article explain that the government doesn't recognize any of these certs intentionally. Editors have history of WP:COI. Only shred of WP:RS is a list on on Clark County Nevada's site, which lacks any depth. WidgetKid Converse 16:29, 12 March 2026 (UTC)

- Delete WP:PROMO and a bad job of hiding it. The claim that someone with this qualification would earn a certain salary is supported by a reference to a trademark application. Possible LLM use might explain such nonsense. Orange sticker (talk) 16:33, 12 March 2026 (UTC)

- Can you elaborate on how you decide that this is NOT industry-recognized certification? Please elaborate on the rule for "industry-recognized certification" USA government cannot endorse any certification as government regulation does not allow it that does not mean it is not the leading certification. many government jobs require this as a certification for HIPAA Privacy Compliance officer or HIPAA Security Compliance officer. HIPAA limited to USA healthcare industry & its business associates. Individuals outside the country, not supporting USA healthcare don't need this training. If you see which organizations have taken this training then you will agree why this is industry standard. Check their client list. Compliance-Expert (talk) 05:12, 16 March 2026 (UTC)
- The only current article source indicating it is being used by a government organization is Clark County, and even it doesn't indicate it's required, just that some employees have it - so kind of WP:ITEXISTS. Client lists from the company are WP:PRIMARY, so not reliable. If there are other reliable, independent sources with WP:SIGCOV, please add them. WidgetKid Converse 14:52, 16 March 2026 (UTC)
- This certificate credential is in existence since 2009 for US healthcare industry. Government entities can't request only ONE credential as that is violation of their policies. You will see CHPSE listed with others as required/referred in job listing. This company does not pay for endorsements for medical associations, hence you will see their names on association pages.

- Please advice how do you determine the industry standard, based on your response I can send you three best links so it meets your requirements.
- The links that were sent to you shows job sites like indeed mentioning this certification and job positions mentioning this certification.
- Many State and federal jobs mentioning this certification
- Many private entities having staff with this designation. Compliance-Expert (talk) 01:29, 17 March 2026 (UTC)
- I don't have any special requirements, just WP:GNG. We need reliable, independent, significant coverage to show it meets notability.
- This is a good example of what isn't that:
CHPSE course is recommended for Auditors at Clark County, NV https://www.clarkcountynv.gov/government/departments/audit_department/staff-qualifications
- There is nothing in that source that indicates it's recommended, just that some people on staff have it. It certainly isn't significant, in-depth coverage. WidgetKid Converse 04:13, 17 March 2026 (UTC)
- So out of the above list only one did not meet your needs for notability?
- Does this meet that requirement as mentioned on indeed.com and other job postings?
- HIPAA Privacy Officer education and training requirements
- A candidate applying for a HIPAA Privacy Officer position should have a degree in a relevant field, such as human resources, law, a healthcare-related field or another related degree. HIPAA Privacy Officers may also take a course to prepare for the Certified HIPAA Privacy Security Expert (CHPSE) exam, which trains them on security regulations and how to keep an organization in compliance with HIPAA. Compliance-Expert (talk) 04:26, 17 March 2026 (UTC)
- I'm still waiting for one that does, and we need WP:THREE. If you don't have them, then not sure I have much more to add. WidgetKid Converse 04:39, 17 March 2026 (UTC)
- The government can’t force people to have a certification credential, as they are mentioned as preferred or recommended, as that would improves their job roles and accountability. Many job post gives weightage to this credential for HIPAA compliance roles.
- CHPSE Certification is one of the leading certifications since 2009 for HIPAA Compliance level training (20 hours plus courses) taken by CIO and CISO and other compliance team members. As the certification is more than 15 years old many government links are lost.

All but one of the article's sources are by the subject, and the only one that is not regards a lawsuit in which he was involved that is itself of doubtful notability. All the independent sources I found on Google have only brief mentions or quotations . I could find no evidence that he meets WP:NACADEMIC nor WP:NAUTHOR. Also, the article is written entirely by AI. There does not appear to be WP:SIGCOV of nueva iberica as a music genre. Google Scholar has two hits for "nueva Iberica" + music, one is about chess and the other about sugarcane production. A regular google search gets hits on Wikiwand and the Wikipedia page List of electronic music genres where the term was added by User:Splendid entry who also created Nueva Iberica. I can't see other relevant hits. In addition the text appears to be AI-generated, has very few sources, and the third paragraph explicitly states that the term is not widely used (hence the article is WP:OR: Although the specific term "Nueva Iberica" is not widely used in the published literature, it is employed here descriptively to summarise musical practices that are independently documented in these and other journalistic sources.
The article was previously nominated for speedy deletion and PROD but contested by author, see discussion on Talk:Nueva_Iberica. Lijil (talk) 09:38, 28 February 2026 (UTC)
