Featured and good topics in Wikipedia A featured topic (FT) is a collection of inter-related articles in which at least half are featured articles or featured lists. The remaining articles must be at least good quality. A good topic (GT) is a collection of inter-related articles that are of a good quality (though are not necessarily featured articles) with a less stringent quality threshold than a featured topic. This page is for the nomination of potential featured and good topics. See the featured and good topic criteria for criteria on both types of topic. Before nominating a topic, nominators may wish to receive feedback by listing it at the Featured and good topics talk page. Nominators must be sufficiently familiar with the subject matter and sources to deal with objections during the FTC/GTC process. If you nominate something you have worked on, note it as a self-nomination. Nominators who are not significant contributors to the articles of the topic should consult regular editors of the articles prior to nomination. Nominators are expected to respond positively to constructive criticism and to make an effort to address objections promptly. The featured and good topics coordinators Aza24, MaranoFan and Kyle Peake determine the timing of the process for each nomination. For a nomination to be promoted to FT or GT status, consensus must be reached for a group to be promoted to featured or good topic status. If enough time passes without objections being resolved, nominations will be removed from the candidates topic and archived. To contact the FGTC coordinators, please leave a message on the FGTC talk page, or use the {{@FGTC}} notification template elsewhere. You may want to check previous archived nominations first: |

Nomination procedureTo create a new nomination use the form below (e.g., Wikipedia:Featured and good topic candidates/Saffron/archive1) and click the "Create new nomination" button. Once the nomination page is created, remember to transclude it in the appropriate section below, to leave nomination templates on the talk pages of the articles nominated for the topic. For detailed instructions on how to nominate topics or add articles to existing topics, see Wikipedia:Featured and good topic candidates/Nomination procedure. Supporting and objectingPlease review all the articles of the nominated topic with the featured and good topic criteria in mind before deciding to support or oppose a nomination.
For a topic to be promoted to featured or good topic status, consensus must be reached that it meets the criteria. The FGTC coordinators are usually the ones to assess this consensus and close FGTC discussions. If there is a consensus to promote, the promote instructions are located here. If enough time passes without objections being resolved (at least one week), nominations will be removed from the candidates list and archived. Nominations will stay here for ten days if there is unanimous consent, or longer if warranted by debate. | |

Slitheen
The Slitheen are a fictional crime family from the British science fiction television series Doctor Who. They belong to a species known as the Raxacoricofallapatorians, an alien lifeform originating from the planet Raxicoricofallapatorius. The Slitheen can disguise themselves as humans by hiding in skinsuits, though the technology they use results in them farting excessively while in disguise. The Slitheen first appeared in the first series of the show's 2005 revival in the two-part story "Aliens of London" and "World War Three", where they attempt to destroy Earth to sell its remains for profit. The Slitheen would subsequently recur in the series, as well as in spin-off show The Sarah Jane Adventures.

Following up on the Midnight Entity proposal, here's another Doctor Who monster GT proposal. This contains the species, their creator, and all episodes that they feature in that are separate articles. I've also included a list of serials for the spin-off series they feature in to represent the stories they feature in there, though this can be removed if need be. I believe this should meet the comprehensiveness criteria soundly. Magneton Considerer: Pokelego999 (Talk) (Contribs) 21:58, 5 March 2026 (UTC)

- Support Great job in making a good Phase 3 overview article. Too bad restoring the overall MCU topic is hard due to all the gaps in the Multiverse Saga's movies... igordebraga ≠ 18:48, 8 March 2026 (UTC)

Conventional Weapons
Conventional Weapons is a compilation album by the American rock band My Chemical Romance, comprising five singles, with two songs each, released between October 2012 and February 2013. It was originally made in 2009 and intended to be the band's fourth studio album, but was scrapped. An estimated 28 songs were created during the project's recording sessions; the compilation contains ten of them, all in varying styles and genres. The compilation was the last project My Chemical Romance released as a band prior to their 2013 break-up.

So here's something that I never expected to be a topic: Conventional Weapons. By far the black sheep of My Chem's catalogue, it was originally made to be their fourth album, got scrapped, then a portion of it was released anyways as their final release before breaking up in 2013. To this day, it is still the closest thing to an album that MCR has released in the past 16 years. Brief history regarding this topic editorially: I originally worked on and nominated the central Conventional Weapons article for GA in May of last year; it took until last month to get reviewed. When it finally got reviewed by the amazing @RedShellMomentum:, I started exploring making articles for some of the singles. To that extent, I was able to find just enough to establish notability for two of them: "Number One" (Boy Division / Tomorrow's Money) and "Number Three" (The World is Ugly / The Light Behind Your Eyes). This is not, by any means, my best work; anything involving as "special" of a release as this was never going to be. But it is technically a complete topic, with three articles, so here we are. It can be a fun intermission while I still try to finish the main album topics. I also want to thank the reviewers RedShellMomentum, @Arconning:, and @Leafy46:. --λ NegativeMP1 07:20, 3 March 2026 (UTC)
