• In the link provided to the licence information, unfortunatly while there are no individual citations, the author states the images provided in the book are in the public domain sources such as musuems (Mand Library, FASNY Museum of Firefighting) and government agencies (Library of Congress). While there may be exceptions to modern photographs from the FDNY Photo Unit, Fire Engineering magazine and individual photographers, the image in question is clearly a newspaper illustration from 1863. Hi and thanks for your request. Is there anywhere that you could like to that could prove that the image is licensed under Public Domain? If not and you're the author or know the author they could create a free Flickr account, upload the image there under an appropriate license then you could go through the Flickr part of the Wizard process. @Terrillja PD-Author can be used if the author is the person who released the image into Public Domain but it doesn't necessarily have to be the uploader.
