I am not saying that Caesars Entertainment isn't the copyright holder and that they don't have the right to release the image. On hold @Storybox03: Is there any indication that this is actually an official logo? Any official link that shows this logo? The World Vector Logo site is a third-party site and I'm not entirely sure if that is actually correct. The logo itself is not copyrighted. It is {{PD-textlogo}}. Copyright and trademark are two separate things. However, adding a non-official logo to an article really doesn't fit with our image policy. I never once claimed it would not be PD-textlogo. I explicitly said it wasn't copyrighted in my first post. It had to do with putting a fake, or user created, logo on an article. I've uploaded this as fair use, even though it's basically plain text, out of an abundance of caution for UK standards for the threshold for originality, which half the time means a stray coffee stain is copyrightable. But any way you look at it, plain text is going to be more free than an image containing the same text plus a screenshot in the background, meaning we should be using this version instead.  Done - I'm leery that some of the other images from that Flickr account may have been taken from online, and still a little bit suspicious that this may not be an original work, but instead a screenshot taken in a way that can't be verified. But having said that, I've looked and I can't verify myself that this isn't an original work of the uploader, and the image quality and positioning is consistent with an image taken from someone in the crowd during a concert. Description:Dr. K. Basavaraj is an eminent scientist and globally known for his contribution in the field of Coffee Quality in India. He is a pioneer in the field of Coffee Quality for last 26 years and has taken number of initiatives after taking the charge of Divisional Head, Coffee Quality at Coffee Board of India. In his leadership, Coffee Quality Division has developed more than 100 Coffee Professionals through Post Graduate Diploma in Coffee Quality Management who are providing their services to coffee arena and angola wikipediaglobally spreading aroma of Indian Coffees. On the other hand, more than 2000 people have been trainedanhgolabbg on Coffee Quality, Roasting, Cupping and Coffee Business Model through different indoor and outdoor training programmes across the country specially 5 days Kaapi Shastra Training Programme. He has introduced Quality Certification for Coffee Curing & Roasting units. Two year back, he introduced Barista Training Programme under which 32 entrepreneurs has been trained and started their Cafes and Roasting Units. Coffee Board introduced a prestigious coffee cupping competition “Flavour of India Fine Cup Award – Cupping Competition” in 2002 and Dr. Basavaraj took lead as convener and coordinated. The competition has created a proud bench mark by achieving its 16th year with an objective of promoting the production of quality coffees and globally promoted quality of Indian coffees. In past 16 years, Indian coffee horizon improved a lot by enhancing the quality of Coffees of India and it has supported to get premiums for winning coffees. Coffee Board as a National Body for World Coffee Event, introduced National Barista Championship in 2015 under leadership of Dr. Basavaraj. The championship is not only encouraged the Baristi of the country but also improved the domestic consumption of coffee by creating the momentum of coffee consumption in India. There is meteoric rise of the barista as profession, coffee culture and it status in country. Under the umbrella of Coffee Board and his leadership, Coffee Quality Division and his team members are working on different aspects of Coffee of India and trying to achieve milestones.

 Not done Gudiprasanna1990: Unfortunately, you cannot simply upload images taken from a subject's facebook profile. The copyright for an image is normally owned by the person who took the photo, not the person pictured in it, and the owner needs to be the one to license the image appropriately. Just because someone has posted it to facebook, does not mean it's been licensed for public use in a way that is compatible with Wikipedia. If the owner would like to do so, they can follow these instructions to license it appropriately. GMG^talk 11:22, 31 January 2018 (UTC)
