Comment: Without obvious proof of the image being in the public domain, or permission being sent to WP:OTRS by the copyright holder (whomever created the image) the image is a non-free logo. This former logo was obtained from the website of the former format of 92.9 WEZQ FM.

WEZQ had been broadcasting an Adult contemporary music format for decades and has always used this exact logo and it made only one PNG appearance online.

Comment: Google search result pages (in the right hand column description area) do not display the .svg file. The next logo in the wikipedia article is pulled for display on the google search result page (in the right hand description column), this logo currently being displayed is old.
