This list is for notable mathematicians for whom wikipedia does not have sufficient biographical details to create a full-length article. The purpose of this list is to allow wikipedia to give some details and to build up a collection of biographical sources without creating hundreds or thousands of stubs that are unlikely to be updated. Each subject is linked so that existing articles on the subject may be easily found.
Current guidelines for inclusion are WP:PROF.
