Categorization :

  1. Tag all relevant subcategories with banner.
  2. Tag all relevant pages with banner.
  3. Search Wikipedia and add relevant missing categories and pages.
2. Category:Ruthenians: Review and add relevant topics and categories.
Cleanup :
1. WP:CRUE: Page updates, etc.
