Could people who understand deletion discussions please look at this thread and try to explain what the deleting editor is on about please. I (and others) have asked several times for them to explain why they think replacing one non-free book cover with another non-free book cover is somehow wrong, but they have either refused to do so, posted a link to the same image or responded in cryptic semi-literate sentences, without making any attempt to clarify the matter. Brian.S.W (talk · contribs) has uploaded hundreds of photos of US state and territorial license plates, incorrectly tagging each and every single one of them as {{PD-USGov}}.
