Could someone point out what I'm doing wrong in this signature?
I made the code for a signature I like, but it is not working. The code is this:
<span style="border-radius:9em;padding:0 5px;background:#3366cc"><b style=color:white>Waddles</b> <b style=color:white>🗩</b> <b style=color:white>🖉</b></span>
...and it appears as this: Waddles 🗩 🖉. When I try to save it, the message "Invalid raw signature. Check HTML tags." comes up. I really like it, so I would like to know if someone could point out any mistakes in it that I missed, since I checked and everything looked fine to me. "Real-life examples"
Are all of the "Real-life examples" in the list on this article page approved for use? I recently copied my own signature from a user named @Orduin: and when I asked about it in the Teahouse, the point was raised that, "...the link to your talkpage is unnecesseraly tiny." Am I, or am I not, allowed to use the signature that I now have put together. I like it a lot!

How to add signature when editing?
Came here because my signature was not automatically added when I edited a talk page. (Although doing it through this box seems to add it.)
How can I force it to be added? NickArgall (talk) 01:58, 16 July 2024 (UTC)
