Yang Xinli (Chinese: 杨新力; born December 1953) is a retired Chinese politician. A native of Julu County, Hebei Province, he began his career in December 1970 and joined the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in July 1974. Yang holds an in-service postgraduate degree and a Master of Laws. He formerly served as vice chairman and deputy party secretary of the Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), as well as head of both the Organization Department and the Publicity Department of the CCP Jiangsu Provincial Committee.[1]
