Hot & Hard est une compilation du groupe de hard rock allemand, Scorpions. Elle a été réalisée le sous le label RCA Records[1]. À l'exception de Drifting Sun produit par le groupe, les autres titres ont été produits par Dieter Dierks.

Cette compilation regroupe des titres enregistrés alors que le groupe était sous contrat avec le label RCA Records c'est-à-dire de 1974 avec l'album Fly to the Rainbow jusqu'en 1978 avec le double-album enregistré en public au Japon, Tokyo Tapes. Contenant que des titres hard rock, elle est considérée comme une suite à Hot & Slow: The Best of the Ballads et contient quatre titres lives de 1978.
