Die Saison 2025/26 ist die 90. Spielzeit der American Hockey League (AHL), der zweithöchsten professionellen Eishockeyliga in Nordamerika unterhalb der National Hockey League (NHL). Die reguläre Saison begann im Oktober 2025 und endete im April 2026. Insgesamt nehmen 32 Mannschaften aus den Vereinigten Staaten und Kanada am Spielbetrieb teil. Im Anschluss an die reguläre Saison folgten die Calder-Cup-Playoffs 2026 zur Ermittlung des Meisters.

Modus
Der Ligabetrieb der Saison 2025/26 umfasste die reguläre Saison sowie die anschließenden Calder-Cup-Playoffs. Während der Hauptrunde traten die 32 Mannschaften gegeneinander an. Die Teams waren in vier Divisionen innerhalb von zwei Conferences eingeteilt. Die Platzierung in der Tabelle erfolgte nach dem Punktesystem. Die bestplatzierten Teams qualifizierten sich für die Playoffs um den Calder Cup.
