Christian F. Doeller (* 1973 in Würzburg) ist ein deutscher Psychologe.
Seit 2018 ist er Direktor der Abteilung Psychologie am Max-Planck-Institut für Kognitions- und Neurowissenschaften in Leipzig. Von 2020 bis 2023 war er Geschäftsführender Direktor dieses Max-Planck-Instituts. Seit 2023 ist er Vizepräsident der Max-Planck-Gesellschaft.
Doeller studierte Psychologie an der Universität Würzburg, an der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin und an der Universität Bonn sowie Informatik an der Universität Bonn. 2005 wurde er in Psychologie an der Universität des Saarlandes in Saarbrücken promoviert. Es folgten Forschungsaufenthalte am Institute of Cognitive Neuroscience, ICN und am Department of Anatomy and Developmental Biology, University College London. 2016 wurde er Professor für Medizin (Neurowissenschaft) am Kavli Institute for Systems Neuroscience, Technisch-Naturwissenschaftliche Universität Norwegens (NTNU).
