Die Dioctophymatinae sind eine Unterfamilie der Fadenwürmer mit 27 Arten. Sie sind die einzige Unterfamilie innerhalb der Dioctophymatidae.[1] Sie sind Parasiten der Niere bei Raubtieren (Dioctophyme) und des Verdauungstrakts bei fleischfressenden Vögeln und Säugetieren.[2]
