Ángel Roberto Villalba Álvarez (born 15 April 1949)[1] is a Spanish former politician of the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party (PSOE). He was a city councillor in León (1987–1993) and a member of the Senate of Spain (2001–2003). He was secretary general of the PSOE in Castile and León (2000–2008) and a member of the Cortes of Castile and León from 2003 to 2008. He was also president of the board at Caja España [es] from 1993 to 1997, and of Ferrocarriles Españoles de Vía Estrecha (FEVE) from 2008 to 2012.
