Production
Development
The military‑medical drama[4] draws inspiration from a real medical facility in Kashmir that saved wounded personnel.[5]
Casting
Erica Fernandes was signed for the role of Dr. Major Naina Sanwal, and marks her television comeback after a 5 year hiatus.[6] Nikhil Khurana was confirmed to play Major Sameer Dixit.[7] Smita Bansal was selected to portray Lt. Col Principal Matron Kavita Jha.[8] Hiten Tejwani was cast to portray Dr. Col. Suryakant Thakur.[9] Shaleen Malhotra was hired to portray Tegvir.[10]
Release
Colors TV unveiled the first promo in July 2026.[11] It was launched as weekend limited series at 8.00 p.m. slot premiering with India's Independence Day.[12]
