Allsvenskan 193031, part of the 193031 Swedish football season, was the seventh Allsvenskan season played. The first match was played 3 August 1930 and the last match was played 7 June 1931. GAIS won the league ahead of runners-up AIK, while Redbergslids IK and Sandvikens IF were relegated.

The match was moved from its original starting time to a later starting time the same day, and was played with the result 4–1, but as Sandvikens IF and the referees were ready to play at the original time, the Swedish Football Association considered the match a walkover.
