The 1943 Florida A&M Rattlers football team represented Florida A&M University as a member of the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) during the 1943 college football season. Led by first-year head coach Herman Neilson, the Rattlers finished the season with an overall record of 1–4–2 and a mark of 1–1–2 in conference play, placing fourth in the SIAC.[1][2] Florida A&M was defeated by Hampton in the Orange Blossom Classic.
