The 2001 Men's National Hockey League was the 10th edition of the men's National Hockey League, a field hockey tournament hosted by the Australian Hockey Association. The tournament was held across various cities in Australia, from 23 February to 1 April 2001.[1]

The NSW Panthers won their second title, defeating the Perth Thundersticks 3–2 in the final.[2]

Teams from each of Australia's eight states and territories competed in the league.
