The 2017 Philippine Super Liga Grand Prix (also known as the 2017 Chooks-to-Go Philippine Super Liga Grand Prix due to sponsorship reasons) was the 12th indoor volleyball conference of the Philippine Super Liga, the fourth and final conference of the 2017 season, and the 15th conference overall. The games began on October 21, 2017, with the formal opening ceremony on October 28, 2017, at the Filoil Flying V Centre, San Juan.[1][2]

- The top eight teams advanced to the quarterfinals while the ninth-place team was eliminated.
