Final round
Sta. Elena, who won the semifinal match against Cignal, withdrew from the tournament to represent the Philippines at the 2018 ASEAN University Games in Myanmar. Since PLDT already clinched a berth to the finals, the two semifinal losers competed in a one-match playoff to determine the second finalist.[10]
