The 2019 African Women's Handball Cup Winners' Cup was the 35th edition of the tournament, organized by the African Handball Confederation, under the auspices of the International Handball Federation, the governing body. The tournament was held from April 5–14, 2019 at the Salles Prince Heritier Moulay El Hassan and 16 Aout in Oujda, Morocco, contested by eight teams, and was won by Primeiro de Agosto of Angola.[1]
