2025–26 Singapore Premier League

The eight clubs played a three-round round-robin tournament. Each club played every other club three times, either twice at home and once away or once at home and twice away. Each club therefore played 21 league matches, producing 84 matches across the season.

Clubs received three points for a win, one point for a draw and no points for a defeat. Teams were ranked by total points, followed by goal difference, goals scored and number of wins.

Clubs registered combined squads for the Singapore Premier League and Singapore Premier League 2. Each combined squad contained between 36 and 50 players, including at least 25 local players. In Singapore Premier League matches, clubs were required to field at least four local players and could field no more than seven foreign players at any time.^[2]

The first registration window ran from 9 June to 31 August 2025. The second registration window ran from 1 to 31 January 2026.

Eight clubs competed in the league, one fewer than in 2024–25. DPMM left the competition after the preceding season and no replacement club was admitted.

Fixtures were occasionally transferred to other grounds because of scheduling, operational or stadium-availability requirements. The stadiums below were the principal home grounds used during the season. Capacities are approximate and rounded to the nearest hundred.

Clubs is to register a combined squad for both the Singapore Premier League (SPL) and the reserve league. The squad must comprise a minimum of 36 players to a maximum of 50 players, with at least 25 players being Singaporean. While there is no minimum number of foreign players a club must register, depending on the squad size, theoretically, a club can have 25 Singaporeans and 25 foreigners in their 50-player squad.
