2026 Constitution of Kazakhstan

The 2026 Constitution of Kazakhstan is the highest law of Kazakhstan. It was adopted on 15 March 2026 as a result of the 2026 Kazakh constitutional referendum and entered into force on 1 July 2026. It replaced the 1995 Constitution of Kazakhstan.[1]
