The 2026 IIHF Women's World Championship Division II consisted of two international ice hockey tournaments of the 2026 Women's Ice Hockey World Championships organised by the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF).[1]
Group A was being held in Bled, Slovenia from 13 to 19 April 2026 and Group B in Hong Kong, from 30 March to 5 April 2026.
Poland got promoted after winning Group A.[2] Hong Kong won the Group B tournament and got promoted while Belgium finished last and was relegated.[3]

On 8 April 2026, North Korea withdrew from the tournament, citing logistical issues.[4][5] As such, no teams will be relegated to Division II B.[4]
