The 2026 Spikers' Turf Open Conference was the second conference of the 2025–26 season of Spikers' Turf. The tournament began on February 25 and ended on April 19, 2026.[1][2]

Prior to the start of the season, nine-time champions Cignal left the league.[3] 3B Event Masters and AEP Cabstars returned to the league.[2] Criss Cross King Crunchers won their second consecutive title.[4]

Format
- Preliminary round
- The six teams are competing in a double round-robin elimination.
- Teams are ranked using the FIVB Ranking System.
- Top four teams advance to the semifinals.
- Semifinals
- The four semifinalists will compete in a single round-robin elimination.
- Teams are ranked using the FIVB Ranking System.
- The third and fourth-ranked teams will be relegated to the 3rd place series.
- The first and second-ranked teams will advance to the championship series.
- Finals
- Best-of-three series.
- Bronze medal: SF Ranked 3 vs. SF Ranked 4
- Gold medal: SF Ranked 1 vs. SF Ranked 2
Pool standing procedure
- First, teams are ranked by the number of matches won.
- If the number of matches won is tied, the tied teams are then ranked by match points, wherein:
- Match won 3–0 or 3–1: 3 match points for the winner, 0 match points for the loser.
- Match won 3–2: 2 match points for the winner, 1 match point for the loser.
- In case of any further ties, the following criteria shall be used:
- Set ratio: number of sets won divided by number of sets lost.
- Setpoint ratio: number of points scored divided by number of points allowed.
- Head-to-head standings: any remaining tied teams are ranked based on the results of head-to-head matches involving the teams in question.
