The 2027 World Women's Handball Championship, the 28th event hosted by the International Handball Federation, will take place in Hungary in 2027.[1][2] It will be the main qualifying event for the women's handball tournament of the 2028 Summer Olympics.[3]
It was announced that the final round would certainly be in Budapest.[4] The bid includes the following four host cities/venues:
